I’m quite positively surprised. Now a days a feel like CS isn’t good as before, but Easywalker is going great with it!
HI, i contacted you on Jan 7 regarding a spare part , i provided all of the reqeusted information and never got a final responce.
I would absolutely not recommend this company. We ordered a buggy, which we had to return due to poor quality and overall instability. We were informed that we would receive a refund for the amount, which had already been fully debited from our account, within two weeks. However, even after two weeks, we did not receive the refund. When we contacted customer service, we were further put off. To this day, I still have not received the money. Unfortunately, this is an extremely untrustworthy company.
