Poor!!!

Very poor costumer service.
As soon as you contact theme and mark a mistake coursed by theme you will wait for days to get any answers. Suddenly they are at lunch or on vacation.

I can´t find any order in your name, so I haven´t been able too look into this more closely.
We take pride in the fact that we are always available 08.00-18.00 on weekdays.

Good service

Good service in general and good quality of provided product. However, was a small mistake when it came to quantity of the order (that is why did not put 5 stars), but Easytryck managed to fix it on time. Thank you!

Good customer service in general

Good customer service in general, but on product, no instructions and one part was missing on our order. Could use better information on how to put up the Arch tents.
