Shame on you. Scam !

Not at all impressed with the reply received from Easytrip in response to my review entitled "Scammers", which can be found on these pages.
It does not explain why I am being charged in June, when I returned my badge in early March. I am making a formal complaint to my bank about an unthorised direct debit withdrawal by Easytrip, the contract was terminated by the company in mid April, so how can they still take money from my bank account?? Is it not theft??

Cela n'explique pas pourquoi je suis accusé en juin, lorsque j'ai rendu mon badge début mars. Je dépose une plainte officielle auprès de ma banque concernant un retrait par prélèvement automatique non autorisé par Easytrip, le contrat a été résilié par la société à la mi-avril, alors comment peut-elle encore retirer de l'argent de mon compte bancaire ?? N'est-ce pas du vol ??

Badge expedie le 21/05 prelevement pour non restitution et service client injoignable belle arnaque a 25 euros par client on renflou les caisses .

Easy trip is just quite good. It made my holiday in France quite smooth. However on one occasion, it didn't work at all and I had to take a ticket. Most times, I had to come very close to the cross-bar before it could be recognized; However, it is a very good product

Very easy & practical to use. it will save you time during your trip ...
