Having contacted this company for a quote several weeks ago they provided a prompt and very competative responce. Once I accepted they maintained contact with several.follow up messages. Paying deposit was easy. The day before my flight to Pisa I was contacted with the details of the driver who wohld pick me up at the airport. The morning of my flight that named driver sent me a message with his details ( a nice touch ) . This was very welcome as due to a fire near Pisa airport tthe flight was delayed 90 minutes so I was able to relay that to the driver. Once at the airport Maurizio met us outside the terminal with my name clearly shown on a sign board and safely took us to our hotel which was an hour away. A very pleasant drive through wonderful scenery. Maurizio then confirmed what time we wanted picking up to return to the airport at the conclusion of our break. A first class service.

I am from Australia and from the start and up to now, communication with Samuele from Easy Transfer Florence was prompt, friendly, easy and efficient. He picked me up from Fiumicino Airport and drove me to my AirBnB in the centre of Florence. He also helped me with my big luggage up to the first floor where my apartment is. I am very happy and trust Samuele so much so that he will be also transferring me to Lucca and then from Lucca back to Rome. I would totally recommend Easy Transfer Florence.
