I have now sent over 30 follow-up emails requesting my invoice, which I am legally entitled to receive. To date, I have not received the invoice nor any meaningful communication. The level of customer service has been the worst i ever expected.

The product is lovely - slow communication and delivery
The product is lovely. It looks great and is easy to apply. What isn't so great is the communication from the company. The postage and delivery process takes about 10 days - 14 days, and we would have appreciated more updates inbetween to reassure us as to what to expect.

Gotta admit
Gotta admit, I was super skeptical at first about the quality, the ease-of-use and the haptics. I'm happy to report that nearly all of my concerns are gone after I upgraded my boring white kitchen tiles with some green mosaic ones. Yes, it was a bit pricey but the effect it has on the entire atmosphere of the cooking space is enormous. Guests are praising it, it gives me calm and peace and still, to this day, I love how they feel. Can't say much about the longevity but so far the tiles do a wonderful job of sticking to the surface, even after 2nd or 3rd application. Very cool product!

Dropshipper, even with discounts way too expensive. It takes a long time before the tiles arrive, and we didn’t like the tiles so we had to e-mail to send them back. Than I had to e-mail again for the money back.
In the end: we ordered 6 weeks ago, and it took us at least 5 e-mails (delivery, retour, money back) and are still waiting for the refund.

We understand that you may not have been satisfied with the product or the price, but we do not feel it is fair to describe us as a dropshipper because of this.
Regarding your refund: according to our administration, the refund was already processed last Friday. We had also asked you for the return tracking number so that we could locate your return and process the refund. Without this information, unfortunately extra email communication is sometimes necessary.

I ordered some tiles for my kitchen but didn’t quite like the color. After speaking to the costumer service I returned them but never got the money refunded. The costumer service doesn’t answer. Would not recommend buying here

The company sent me the incorrect color…
The company sent me the incorrect color of tiles and then stated I would have to pay the return shipping costs (international shipping to Denmark - not cheap) in order to get the correct color sent to me. I asked if a shipping label could be provided to me since they mistakenly sent me the wrong product. No effort made to correct their mistake, I did get a 20% refund and will have to sell them on my own. The “100% money back guaranteed” on their website is a lie, you must pay return shipping. Also very difficult to get a hold of them, took multiple messages and waiting multiple days. And they only give you 14 days to return your product.

We do offer a 20% refund if a customer prefers to keep the product, but this is always optional and never mandatory. If we sent the wrong product, we also offer a full refund and reimbursement of the return shipping costs. In those cases, we simply ask the customer to send us the return receipt and shipping costs so we can arrange this properly.
We therefore believe this could likely have been resolved together without the need for such a review.
