Our job was super urgent
Our job was super urgent, we uploaded our artwork, there was an issue with the proof, we had to upload again, the new proof did take quite some time to come through, however I was ensured it wouldn't hold up my order and it didn't. Delivered to direct to my client, on time. Product had a few creases and upon asking on the chat, was advised how to resolve it, which my client did. Response time was exceptional.

Be wary of the difficulty of assembly
Great customer support. The product itself, the Adjustable Media Wall - is very hard to assemble and disassemble. Give youself plenty of time to put it together and understand how it works. It looks great once it is together but its a pain at first and much longer than the other version, though more long lasting I think.

Easy to use and Always a good experience
A big range of products at different price points. Competitive pricing and easy to upload designs and/or get support.
What's more, the finished item arrives from Sydney to Melbourne within a couple of days.
Having ordered many products over the last few years I have always been very happy with the quality.
