Amazing Service!

I accidentally entered the wrong email when signing up and Brian was able to resolve my issue very quickly! I also wanted a refund after selecting the wrong option and Brian was able to issue it the same day!

Delayed Responses, Dismissive Support – EasyRinger Is Not Worth It

My experience with EasyRinger was deeply frustrating and unprofessional. I contacted their support team regarding a service issue and was assigned to Brian. Instead of resolving the problem, Brian delivered delayed, dismissive responses – often taking two or more days to reply to simple queries.

When he finally did respond, the tone was passive-aggressive and unhelpful. He made no genuine effort to investigate the issue, provided vague explanations, and ultimately blamed me rather than acknowledging any possible fault on their side. There was no escalation, no resolution, and no refund offered – just deflection and a closed case.

For a service that people rely on for communication, this level of support is unacceptable. EasyRinger’s response times are too slow to be taken seriously, and their representatives show zero accountability once they’ve received your payment.

If you're considering EasyRinger, save yourself the time, stress, and money – their service is unreliable, and their support is even worse.

Do not sign up with this service.

And do not be deceived by their name. There is nothing 'Easy' about them.

I rarely ever leave a bad review and usually just let things slide, but i felt compelled to warn others of following:

- Money leaving your account without any actual service being provided

- Not getting your number activated

- Customer support that don't respond

- A deceiving company ethos

- Notification that last for days saying your number is 'pending'

There are plenty of other options out there so please don't make the same mistake as the large % of us that have left a bad review and save yourself the headache.

Thanks for providing additional information to us through TrustPilot. We reviewed what happened in your subscription and can understand the frustration. Your case was a failure on our part and bad timing. I can see that you didn't get a response within 24 hours after providing the back of your ID and that's when you decided to cancel and receive a full refund.

This would have gone more smoothly if you had provided both the front and the back in a single doc as the UI requests, but this isn't your fault. LOTS of subscribers don't do this. For subscribers who use a passport, this isn't an issue because everything needed is on a single page. And, you're right - if we had a UI to allow you to upload both the front and back of an ID, this would have been easier for you. This is something we'd like to do, but it's not prioritized right now unfortunately.

6 months of failed service. Refuses refund.

I was subscribed for 6 months. I needed the redirection for legal purposes. So I didn't know when I was to receive a call.
During these 6 months, I seem to have received 4 calls, for which I was informed via email that there's a verification problem with my number. The dashboard and support (Brian, as there's only one guy) told me otherwise.
Easyringer refuses to refund, although they can see that the service failed.
DO NOT TRUST. Look for other reliable services!

To reply: I have contacted support, that's how I learnt I will not be refunded. tier 2 team couldn't resolve the issue. The claimed number was redirecting the call to itself (their response was "it was not failing to redirect"). The number wasn't used for text messages; it got spam texts from some local stores. It's not like I texted them back. That resulted in the balance being zeroed. The Number was not serviced as it was not working properly when it should.

I'm sorry that your experience did not go well, but if you are having a technical problem, you must contact support and get it resolved so we can refund you in a timely manner. That's one of the reasons we have our money-back policy after signup. The customer support team will escalate your ticket to our tier 2 technical team if they cannot solve it. And if there is extra time to solve your problem (or in the extremely rare case that it can't be solved), we will not hold that wait time against you and we will refund. We always do this. We can't refund if you wait for six months and ask for all six months refund. We have to service your number for those six months. Your number was also used for text messages.

Never was able to use it

Never was able to use it. Tried to set it up. Chose a number. Could only call in the app. Made a call to myself and my bf once or twice troubleshooting. Never used it because it could only be used with the app open! Cancelled and they kept the full month despite Never using it, and not being user friendly at all. I want my money back but their customer service chat doesn't respond...... Zero stars, no recommend. If you want me to take down my scathing, accurate review, give me my money you ripped off for services not rendered. All you did was waste my time.

I am very dissatisfied I had a line problem, I received calls on an extension using the sip information but then it stopped working, I deposited $10 using Paypal but they were not added to my account, then I tried again with my bank card I managed to deposit $10 and then I paid again for a new US line, still the same problem, I requested assistance again without being able to get help

Hello, I was able to review your support ticket and I do see that the support agent misunderstood your concern that the number was "UK wide". We are sorry about that. But, the agent was also correct - you must provide proof of address if you want a UK number. We did not hear a response from you. And, you cannot upload your passport twice - once for the identity and once for the address. You'll not be able to get a UK number without supplying an address document. Your subscription is now closed and you have been refunded in full.

I haven't experienced any issues with Easyringer's services - everything works well and meets my expectations. On the one occasion I needed support, the team was very fast and responsive. Brian helped me a lot and resolved my issue in a highly professional manner. I really appreciate that.

Wrong number received

Hello, this is rare, but it can happen when your originally requested number is suddenly not available - but we will always fix it for you by finding a nearer match for you. So, please contact support. The support team can always help with this. Also, virtual numbers do not always work for Gmail verification because they are anonymous numbers and are sometimes blocked. We have a 7-day MBG in place for this purpose.
