This company Moggi are absolutely terrible.....I have ordered frozen cat food from them a few times and they always get either my order wrong, substituting foods for other foods without even asking me, or they deliver the wrong day when I am away, or the last order did not turn up at all.....it was 2 days out of the freezer and obviously ruined and they refused to give me my money back or send a replacement. Very poor Customer Service and quite rude too. So I am nearly £40 out of pocket now and the shipment did not even turn up.....don't waste your time and money....I have found a much better company now who have proper customer service and shipments DO arrive.....

I can't rate the quality of the food as I never got that far. After ordering, I looked on their delivery information to see that the next day delivery you pay for, actually kicks in 5-7 days after order so the food can be made. This is understandable but not at all clear. You also have to order a minimum of 6kg, which again isn't on their homepage or order page. Instead of rejecting orders below 6kg they instead accept them, take your money and refund 6 days later. Not clear to customers at all.
