EasyPark has overcharged me by €100

EasyPark has overcharged me by €100. The communication with the customer service is super slow, and finally when I got a reply back after many days of waiting, they told me to contact their business partner to solve it. Well, so I did contact their business partner ParkBee and they clearly stated that it is not correct for EasyPark to refer its customers back to them and that EasyPark knows about it. It is basic logic, I paid the money to EasyPark, whatever goes on behind for them with their business partners is their responsibility to solve it and not to refer the customers to their business partners.

I was double charged

I was double charged. Tried to contact customer care a hundred times, finally got them to say they would be reimbursing me. Got an email confirmation that in 2 weeks they would reimburse me. It has been 2 months and no sign of the transfer. You try to call them, they can’t help you, their support is not skilled and doesn’t even understand basic English. It’s simply absurd.

They overcharged me.

They overcharged me.
For 2 hours of parking I was charged €61. For assistance your are referred to a chatbot and if the your issue is unresolved their help desk does not pick up the phone.

Works as intended

Works as intended, havent had any issues for over a year now. Great convenience and and all parking lots around the country appear to work with it.

Wish it could be zero stars

Used in Australia but the app didn’t work. No other options to pay. The time was evening and the parking rate was free but because their app didn’t work I still got a $111 fine. Customer support were not helpful and almost laughing at the situation. TThis company are a joke. They cause you to get fined and have no customer support to help. Their system is designed to rip off the user when it fails.

NO CITY should ever implement this abomination of an app to regulate parking. There are much better alternatives like PayStay. This was my first time using Easypark and got a $111 fine when parking was free.

Used in Australia and it got me fined…

Used in Australia and it didn’t work at all. I downloaded and installed the app. Registered properly but when went to pay for parking it said ‘FREE’.

When I returned to my car I had a fine I had to contest. This company are scammers and the app doesn’t work properly. It will cause you to get parking fines. DO NOT USE

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst company ever, scamming with their stop the parking app. Been charged enormous amounts because their notification didn’t notify on time. Avoid at all costs

The app frequently malfunctions

The app frequently malfunctions, and it has caused serious inconvenience. On one occasion, we were stuck in a parking garage because the app crashed and failed to open the barrier. More recently, I set the 'end time' for 21:00, but the parking session continued beyond that, resulting in unnecessary charges. I tested it again the next day, and the same issue occurred—fortunately, I caught it in time and stopped it manually.
I contacted customer service to request a refund, but they refused, denying any fault with the app. It's frustrating that they won’t acknowledge the technical issues, let alone take responsibility. I hope they improve both the app’s reliability and their customer support.

BEWARE - You'll never be able to leave EasyPark

BEWARE - DON'T CREATE AN ACCOUNT! If you create an account with EasyPark you won't be able to cancel it. They continue to send invoices, even if you pay them. I followed their instructions, removed my account and deleted the app. I have contacted the Service Desk many times, who promised to terminate but didn't, can't. I keep getting invoices. The Chatbot is completely useless.

Awful parking experience that ruined…

"Awful parking experience that ruined both the start and end of my holiday. When I arrived, I was left waiting 45 minutes for a ride to the airport, and the same thing happened on my return — meaning I didn’t get home until 4am. To make matters worse, the postcode they provided was wrong, and I ended up outside someone’s cottage. The driver also sensed how annoyed everyone was at waiting around and then drove at 70mph down a country road, which felt very unsafe. Honestly, I thought I might not even make it to my holiday. I will never use this company again and urge others to avoid them.

If I could give lower stars I would.
They are literally ripping people off.
Cancel your membership immediately.
They took money from me with automatic payment order even though I had not used it for months.
I tried to reach them for 1 month to cancel the account and say that I did not want to pay the bills anymore. I finally found a contact person but they are adding interest for each passing day and demanding 40 Euros instead of 2.99. You have already taken money from me for 4 months without any service.
What do you want?
Be careful, they are blackmailing me by saying that if you do not pay 2.99 Euros it will be 40 Euros.
IT IS ACTUALLY ROBBERY.
It is impossible to reach the company + they make money as long as you wait for an answer.
I paid and will NEVER use them again.

Impossible to cancel

I have been trying to cancel my subscription, this is nearly impossible Easypark sends you to Riverty and vice versa.
The customer "service" is useless.

This feels like a scam.

Charging more than they should

Currently Eazy Park is starting the clock with 5 to 6 seconds when starting the park.
In other hand when finishing the session it takes a couple os seconds to close the session.
Terrible customer service, only bots are replying and not fixing the issue.
Currently I can't download any invoice to check it.

Bad costumer support

I was put into their subscription model without realising it. Once the subscription started it deducted money from my bank account, which I reversed. The customer service said they would fix it. But the invoice is still in my account.
