Easy to find, easy to pay, no headaches.

My experience was very similar to many of the negative reviews here.

Unlike some others, I did subscribe knowingly, but only because I needed the service for one month. I made sure to cancel/delete everything in time, as I no longer needed the app. I deleted the app and no longer had access to my account.

Despite this, EasyPark charged me for a second month, even though I do not have an active account anymore. The worst part is that I cannot log in to check what is going on. When trying to log in, the system either creates a new account or tells me that my details do not match. This makes it practically impossible to manage or verify the subscription.

This is extremely frustrating and gives the impression that the system is intentionally confusing, making it easy to be charged but very hard to cancel or even access your account.

I had the experience like many reviews before - charged with what they claimed as "suscription" fee without knowing. The worst is that I couldn't even login to check what was going on. There was constant error message, and they deny any responsibility for technical failure from their side to recover the cost. Let's just collect enough experience here. One day they will face a group litigation.

Almost impossible to completely delete my account on Easypark
Visibly I have selected the Easypark Go subscription and have been paying for the past three months without my knowledge
I don't have a car since October so it was clearly useless

On my bank I thought it was payment from past parking, but the renewal this month made me realize about the whole shit Easypark was doing.
In addition to that everything is made on their website/app to confuse you on how to "delete the subscription" and even your account. You cannot delete your account if you have a subscription, but it took me 30mn to find the subscription part, AI tool is shit and not helping, their helping site is not helping and confusing

Clearly a scam company, benefiting from confusing the customers to make money.
If I will have to select for parkings in the near future, I will make sure to avoid the ones from this company.

I find it really useful and great. Expand reach as much as you can

I parked in Mantova and wanted to pay parking with easy park. I introduced my request but it said error, server not available. Payment was not done. I could not cancel my request anywhere. Also i could not check if i’m covered. So i bought parking at the automatic machine. Next morning, easy park charged me for a day. Well, it was way too late for that! I already bought parking. I send the proof to support, but they say talk to bot, we are too busy! I talked to the bot in the first place and it advised to send email with proof of payment to the parking machine. Useless scamy service!

Beware of this app!
In Italy I received a fine for not paying for parking even though EasyPark confirmed that I had paid through the app. From this I understand that EasyPark no longer pays the local authorities for parking.
EasyPark sent me to court with the authorities in Italy for that fine, even though I had paid for parking at EasyPark.
They are embarrassing and I am about to give up on this app.
I cannot rely on this app, I prefer to pay at the toll booth.

I added a rental car for 2 days and forgot to remove it. Now in berlin I used the app to my own car. The first page is the parking info. The second is the duration. Then start parking. After few days accidentally I got that the plate is for the rental car. I paid for the rental car in Portugal and I will pay for the fines in Berlin. Easypark is an amateur, not trustable without any customer service. I wish there was 0 for them

The idea paying parking fees using an app really helpful. Today however, I received a transaction information ( PayPal ), months after I had the app installed and used with no further details.

Still a way to go for that company, there is no account created which would allow tracking your activities ( and potentially others ), your mobile number is the only link,

Simple, useful app - but I at least need to know why months later my credit card is debited.

Great app, very useful, travelling around the Europe and using this app in different countries.

Literally 0 customer support.
1 week ago I was fined because I stopped in an area that they showed me they provide service for.
I was fined because of this.
They did not admit their mistake, and I was never issued a refund.
Oh of course they’re using chatGPT to respond to tickets which is worthless.
If it is possible don NOT use this app.

We’ve called and we’ve waited an hour on our car, we paid for fully charged and it was empty

I used the app in Bergen Norway. All the information on the parking place’s website or at the actual venue gave decent prices, especially for electric cars. So, started charging with RIF card and thought paying with EasyPark would be easy, instead of downloading the local app. I ended up paying a fortune, 4 times more than I was supposed to pay!!! What a rip of! No info on the app for the prices they are charging, so one assumes it is what is written all over the place. Then I contacted the company and asked them for an explanation. They replied promptly, asked for the info I had already provided then, nothing else…
Their pricing policy is not clear, customer service is bad and all in all a bad experience. Never using their app again!
