Great Wall Panels
Really great panels which I recommend. Delivery is fast and efficient.
However, I wanted just one more panel after this to finish a job, but Easy Panels wanted £25.00 to deliver it. Even though I bought 9 panels previously and was prepared to wait until they were in the area. So, will not be buying anytime soon.

Worst Ever Customer Experience with Niamh - Faulty Board
The worst customer service experience ever by Niamh - These people are scammers.
I Was sent a panel which was discoloured compared to the other two, and misaligned near the end of the board - despite this I was refused a refund despite the fact I informed them of this via phone call - their excuse was the pictures were sent outside of their 14-day refund period, even though I had spoken to them about this issue on the 23rd or 24th of April and they were aware of it!
I was also not informed on the phone call that I only apparently had a number of days to send a picture across!! - this is a pathetic excuse and I’ve never come across such low levels of CS and a complete lack of empathy or responsibility. They were aware of my issue within the refund period.
I’ve never had a company not refund me for a faulty/broken etc etc. goods in MY LIFE. Or say I cannot receive a refund even though I had made them aware of an issue.
I will taking this further onto director level and trading standards.

To clarify the timeline of events, your order was delivered on 14th April. We were contacted on 23rd April regarding concerns that the panels did not match; however, at that stage no images were provided, as advised during the phone call. We explained that images would be required for us to assess the issue and also advised that, without evidence of a product fault, a standard collection fee of £34.99 would apply.
Following this conversation, we did not receive any images or further contact to arrange a return within the 14-day returns period. The first image showing a bowed panel was then received on 6th May, over three weeks after delivery.
As this was outside of our returns timeframe, we advised that we were unfortunately unable to process the matter further under our returns policy. We appreciate your feedback and apologise that you are dissatisfied with the outcome.

Super showroom service
I just turned up unannounced at the showroom this morning to buy wall panels; they simply could not be more friendly or helpful, even showed me how to get the panels into the car after i was convinced they wouldn't go in, oh and the panels are superb!

Perfect company
The Service right from ordering, which was earlier than quoted which was perfect, through to delivery, the delivery driver was amazing and customer service was impeccable, and the quality of the products have a beautiful finish to them, better than any other products I researched prior to finding easy panels.
100% and more for all round service, this company has really hit the nail on the head with every aspect, would definitely use easy panels again and will definitely be recommending to others interested in the same kind of products. 💯💯💯

I like the panels, unfortunately they came straight away and I didn't have anywhere to store them flat until I was ready to use them. The ones that I used almost full length fitted tight at the ends but had a slight gap in the the middle, a very small gap but noticeable. But as I say i like them.
