You placed your order during Christmas shut down while we were closed. We had our Christmas opening hours on hour delivery info page, shipping page, social media etc.
We don't have any system that estimates delivery dates or gives messages like "delivery by 30-12-25", so I am wondering if perhaps you've mixed us up with someone else?
