pessima ed inspiegabile esperienza

pessima ed inspiegabile esperienza. Il 22 febbraio u.s. ho ordinato quattro flaconi di shampoo Sunsilk viola da 810 ml. che il sito in questione dava disponibili al prezzo più basso trovato sul web. Dopo aver ricevuto conferma dell'ordine ho pagato con Paypal. Non ho ricevuto alcuna informazione di approntamento dell'ordine ed il 24 febbraio ho ricevuto un avviso di rimborso, seguito dalla conferma di rimborso da Paypal, senza un minimo di scuse o spiegazione.
Trovo questo comportamento inspiegabile, e sono irritatissimo per aver atteso inutilmente ed aver effettuato un pagamento il giorno 22, rimborsatomi fisicamente il 27...forse questa società vive trattenendo la valuta dei clienti o prova a battere la concorrenza sperando di procurarsi i prodotti a prezzi competitivi e, non riuscendo, rimborsa senza spiegazioni?...
