Oh my goodness! Hands down the BEST service I have ever received. Consistent communication via text from both the drivers and owner everyday. Every driver was polite, on time and prompt. Truly appreciated - Thank you, Thank you THANK YOU! (From Dallas Tx, we used this company for 3 days for hotel pick up and convention dropped off, 11 players and 3 coaches during a volleyball tournament, with return trips - no easy task but the service ran smoothly)

Great experience for a hen do in London. Pick up was on time, hummer limo was clean and in great condition and our driver Vincent was excellent. 100% recommend

Absolutely shocking service – avoid this company at all costs.

First of all, they pushed my original online booking back by an hour. I reluctantly agreed, but only on the condition that they arrived no later than 7:30pm. I made it very clear how important this was and rearranged my entire reservation to accommodate THEM.

Despite this agreement, they still turned up 40 minutes late.

When the vehicle finally arrived, it was not what I booked at all. I had paid for a premium converted coach, exactly like the one shown in their photos. I even called in advance to confirm that the vehicle in the picture would be the one arriving, and they assured me it would be. Instead, they showed up in a shoddy converted mini van that looked nothing like what was advertised.

To make matters worse, the vehicle had barely been restocked. There were hardly any cups available for a group of 24 people, which is completely unacceptable for a service like this.

But the worst part was the driver’s behaviour. He drove like an absolute maniac, clearly rushing to get to his next booking. We were being thrown around the vehicle like rag dolls, and it honestly felt dangerous. With 24 people on board, someone could have easily been seriously injured. It was genuinely frightening and I’m considering taking this further because the driving was so reckless.

Halfway through the journey, the driver stopped and demanded payment immediately, which was incredibly unprofessional and added even more stress to an already terrible situation.

This experience completely ruined the first half of our event. We paid a fortune for this service and received something that was not only disappointing but unsafe and misrepresented.

I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT use this company. Avoid at all costs.

I rented a limo for my stag, and it was an amazing experience. Max was so helpful everything I asked for was inside the limo. Driver was very nice he came early and got us to our destination on time. Amazing experience 10/10

Absolutely fantastic service the driver Vincent was amazing it was my daughter’s 16th birthday and he made the journey so much fun cannot fault the limo outstanding service balloons drinks music lights blown away!! Highly recommended

Review of EasyLimo ⭐☆☆☆☆

I had a very disappointing experience with EasyLimo. I paid the full amount they asked for but did not receive the service I expected.

The driver arrived in very casual clothing and did not look professional at all. Inside the limo, it smelled unpleasant, and the air conditioning was not working properly. Even though we kept asking the driver to fix it, he just kept saying “it’s on,” but it was still extremely hot (it was 26°C that day). The windows could not be opened by us – only the driver controlled them – and he often left them open or closed against our requests, which was frustrating.

The limo itself was also not as advertised. The lighting inside did not work, even though the pictures they sent beforehand showed a nice setup. Overall, the vehicle looked run-down and was not suitable for the special occasion.

This was meant to be a fun surprise for my friend’s 60th birthday, but the poor service and conditions completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend EasyLimo to anyone who wants a reliable and enjoyable limousine service.

It's my third time booking with Easy Limo and can't recommend them enough. Prompt. Professional and Vibey. Raz was a wonderful chauffeur! He was lovely and really brought the energy to make our trip special.

Aircon did not work in 31degrees. Sweat was literally dripping from girl’s faces. The party bus really had very strong smell of urine at back. Not appropriate for teen/kids but only for drunk adult p£ss ups. Would not recommend at all.
