Exactly as advertised
Great experience. Product was exactly as advertised. The only disappointing thing was paying an extra €40 at customs. This could be better explained at the checkout stage.

Delayed order promptly resolved
We placed an order and were then surprised when it didn't arrive as promptly as we were expecting. A call to the company identified that there had been a slight glitch with a few orders at the time and the agent swiftly and efficiently identified the problem, solved it and our items arrived a day later. Not a company fault, but one which was honestly and efficiently dealt with. Products excellent quality and good value.

You cannot see the shades fitting…
You cannot see the shades fitting mechanism for attachment to the lamp! I had to order blind and I need a top/ceiling fitting for my unusual Chinese lamps!! I realise now you need to buy a ceiling shade there are no options for lamp based to have a different fitting. There are no oblong ceiling shades!!!!’
Shades returned today by Royal Mail signed for delivery!!
