Purchase of new garden hose
My old retractable one was lightweight but quickly got holes in the inner lining and leaked.
My new purchase of a tanglefree metal coil wrapped hose should be the best alternative one.
The Delivery Service could improve. Parcel was delivered within the time allocated to the correct address but Courier did not leave it in the Safe Space.

Super steps
Sturdy, stable ladders with wider steps. Delivered early, but would have appreciated a warning that you were required to attach the side arms. I am female and over 70, had to get somebody else to do it. Also they are quite heavy.

Unacceptable delay between expected delivery date and the eventual arrival of the goods. There was no explanation or contact about this.

This order fine But still waiting for 2nd order over 3 weeks now
This order fine. Placed 2nd order 5th July. Still not received. First told out of stock will be delivered shortly after 13th. Emailed them again told out of stock till 24th July. Still not received. Should not be taken payments for items they do not have. Emailed them again today (30th July) waiting to see what reply I get back from them. Proceed with caution I would say. I have since read alot of other reviews with same problem. Should of read reviews first !
