I ordered 2 items
I ordered 2 items, 1 was a pre-order. The expected delivery was 5th July. After 2 phone calls and having to cancel the pre-order, I have my item delivered on 22nd July. Our courier carries out contact free deliveries and if no one is available to accept the parcel it is left in a safe place where possible which would be stated on the tracking.
They also provide a 2-hour delivery window on the tracking so you know when to expect your parcel.
