Easy keys was great

Customer satisfaction

When the code I requested was backordered, they gave me the option to wait or let them substitute. I chose to wait a couple of extra weeks, but I appreciate their offer in case I needed the locks sooner.

Fast- Easy and they know what to do!

Fast- Easy and willing to help and ensure as a client you are 100% satisfied! My first set did not fit, I notified Easy keys, and immediately they began to work on an alternative. The new set arrived quickly and it worked as it should. They were communicative, courteous and had my best interest at heart. Thank you kindly!!

The keys didn’t work and I wanted to…

I'm changing my review to 5 stars. The keys didn’t work and I wanted to return them for a refund and they said they didn’t want them back and I made a mistake and thought they didn't refund my money but I noticed my credit card was refunded. Great business.

3 stars because customers service when I called for the problems with my order was handled efficiently and great butttttt…. My first order didn’t include the lock and missing key…. Then my next order only got the lock and no keys …. Smh
