This was a fantastic holiday , the hotel was excellent, the staff terrific , the facilities pristine and plentiful. Amazing value for money . In short a great experience from beginning to end

Easy to follow instructions to book. Great hotel in perfect location. Helpful hotel staff and very good buffet breakfast.

The hotel was great food fantastic staff very friendly very clean, speciality restaurants very good especially the Chinese, the only problem was there wasn’t a lift, from dining room to bar/reception people with wheelchairs had to go a long way round. The gym was very good my husband went every day staff in there very helpful we would definitely recommend and go there again

Had a wonderful holiday from start to finish.

Good value for money. Great you can pay in instalments right up to 28 days before departure. Not great that they don’t remind you of the holiday purposefully until 58 days before departure, when you then cannot cancel without forfeiting your deposit. A bit sneaky really. The transfers in resort were awful. But that is down to the agency Easyjet use in the resort.

Booking online so straight forward, check in flights no problems, no long questions alicante, might of been lucky. Hotel rialto benidorm was lovely from staff who we're always pleasant and helpful, food was good, room cleaned every day, nice pool area. Would definitely stay again

Good all around value

It’s very easy to book holidays through the app. No hidden fees. Everything is included with most trips. Bags and transfers.
They keep you informed via text and email re your flight and transfers before and during your holiday. Boarding passes. Up to date flights and hotel transfers are all live to your phone. Makes everything so easy

Rooms are ok ,, food is basic, staff are very friendly and helpful, never take Egyptian currency , I changed 300 and never realised it would be 100 less in Egyptian currency and you can’t spend it at the airport,

Always have a good experience with easyJet holidays. They are good value for money and offer a diverse range of accommodation to suit most tastes.

Another fabulous experience with Easy Jet holidays. Never had any issues with the various aspects of the numerous holidays we have booked and taken with them.

easyJet holidays are my go-to for quick, hassle-free packages - they bundle everything (all-inclusive options, flights, transfers, hotel, and big luggage), and they rarely disappoint. Just go in with a clear checklist, do a bit of research, and trust the process. We’ve been booking through them for years!

Things are great when everything goes right, but a company's worth is measured when things go wrong; and EasyJet Holidays falls down a every hurdle.

Decisions are made without ever taking your complaints/concerns seriously (couldn't be bothered even looking at the evidential pictures that I had sent); and managers refusing to come to the phone when requested.

I understand there can be issues during a holiday, but when you find that your agent doesn't care when it matters most, it's time to book with a company that does.

Take the risk if you choose, but I never will again.
