We have booked quite a few package holidays with EasyJet and found them to be excellent value. Good hotels and price fair.

Great overall but exceptional service from special assistance at the airport.

Love easy jet package hoildays. Never had a problem booking on the app. Communication excellent everything either e-mailed to you and text message also for pick.up times for transfers and are always on time. The hotel Golf trinidad was better than we expected, lovely room, (cleaned everyday always smelt lovely when returning to room ,) great food ,(spanish)and beautiful pool area. Lots of staff in dinning area keeping tables clean and clear of plates etc. Enjoyed our week's stay x

Never used easyJet for a package holiday before but very impressed. Good all round experience. Competitive prices . Will use again

Easy to book all straight forward, so the hotel is massive u have to scan th3 app on the paper to find anything out about the hotel after checking in.

It has a turtles🐢 inside the hotel whi h was so nice also fishes 🐟 to look at and a bird area
U can only use all the facilities if u are all inclusive along side the beach club
U can pay to use if u are not all inclusive
There is a shuttle bus that takes u to the bottom of the hotel
Finishes at 6pm
We walked up n down
The local bus is also just at the bottom of the road which takes u to either benalmadena, fuengirola, torremolinos

EasyJet were first class from start to finish. Easy to book. Easy to correspond with. Easy to download tickets. Easy to board the plane. Easy to find transfers. EasyJet would be an easy choice in future.

The holiday booked with Easyjet Holidays was value for money and very organised. We would book with them again.

Easy process to book our holiday, App great, flights on time, check in at airports excellent, hotel as described.

Booked with Easy jet at the Jaz Belvedere and returned home 28th April, Good value holiday, flights OK , transfer OK, hotel Great , all let down by the airport on the return leg, be warned you will be searched or asked to provide you documentation 5 times before you board the aircraft, last one was to empty the whole contents of my back pack, and I mean everything! awful expreience.

Excellent Price and organisation throughout - excellent value for money and very smooth booking , travelling , transfers and hotel stay.

BOOKING
Bags in the hold were not mentioned at the time of booking so i purchased large cabin bag. Only then did i notice that a hold bag was included. I asked if a refund could be offered and I was abruptly told no and pointed to the refund policy. There was no discussion, no negotiation. Very poor experience.

FLIGHTS
Due to the Entry-Exit System delays at Malaga, the coach in Spain had left without me (someone on her own) and no one knew what time it would return. They were apologetic but had no information to pass on which was poor. As it could have been another few hours waiting, I chose to get a taxi and pay. One of the reasons I chose a package holiday is the anxiety of transport in another country so this set my holiday off on a wrong foot.

HOTEL
The food was exceptionally limited for a vegan and I had to eat out most days.
The room was spotless, the long dark corridor was grubby, damp and smelled weird!
Reception was fantastic and offered me a complimentary room to shower after I had checked out and had had, a long day of wandering while waiting for my evening flight.
I had an aggressive neighbour who was raging though one night, into the morning, at his partner. I do of course appreciate this was not the fault of the hotel (!) however, I felt quite scared and uneasy, particularly as the balconies joined and they could have climbed onto mine through a large design gap. Luckily, my sister and friends were staying in the same hotel and she came to share the room with me for 2 nights.

Only problem which was a massive problem but nothing to do with easyJet was passport control coming back to the UK from South Tenerife airport.
Absolutely ridiculous

Overall I was very impressed with a holiday to Eden Andalou near Marrakesh. The app and communication worked very well and made transport with an infant less stressful. I would use easyjet holidays again. The first room we were offered in the hotel was not suitable for a baby (noisy, right next to a busy restuarant area etc) but we were moved within a day to something much better

Hi. Our stay at the Sunrise Arabian Resort was very good. The hotel grounds are amazingly well-maintained! We stayed in room 3326. Everything in the room worked, and the view of the sea and the hotel was stunning. The cleaning was excellent, and we had a very good cleaner. Thank you very much! The kitchen, food, and bars were all excellent! And of course, the staff were great!!! It was cozy and comfortable, like home. 😀😀😃🥰🫶

The holiday did what it said on the tin. It was an easy and relaxed experience and the hotel was exactly as described.

Couldn’t fault anything - both service provided by Easy Jet and the hotel, was fantastic!
