I've been with EFX in various guises for a couple of years now and never fail to get great customer service...I migrated one of my trading bots to one of their in-house VPS platforms the other day, and it looked slightly different to what I was used to seeing, so kept asking for reassurance that everything was ok and was working as it should...the response times were almost instant and the reassurance gained was great, Top work guys!

Wow, Austin and the whole team at EFX Algo always do so much to impress me...service is always over the top, always make it as easy as possible on me when changes are needed. I love it!

Austin has been a very helpful guide to using EFX. If I don't understand something he send me videos for support or even handled the recent server upgrade as I was too busy to take care of it. That is awesome service.

Even though automated solutions are risky, EFX excellent customer service helps you navigate the challenges that might come, they do this while delivering real results!

I am a student of EFX and when Octane became available it was a no brainer for me. Like some of the negative reviewers, I too was frustrated with the communication break downs surrounding the April 2025 tariff fiasco that plagued the market. April was the only negative month since December 2023 and I trust Danny and his team will stay committed to what they are building. The community that some reviewers mention started to become more of a dumping ground for frustrated clients saying the sky was falling rather than a constructive place for positive reinforcement. I started out on a moderate setting and I am up 38.52% as of today since January 2024.

My husband and I were very impressed at all of the helpful support team when we were joining as well as any time we had a question or a need for help.
After 3 months of investing, we saw a greater return than our annuity had produced in a whole year! No matter what was going on in the country that affected the markets, the company took care of their clients with integrity and great care! We are very glad that we chose to invest with Easy FX Trading and would highly recommend this company!

Have been a member of EFX for almost 2 years. Great community and trustworthy team. As with any investment, there are ups and downs but they've stood by their product with integrity, great communication and have been very helpful since becoming a part of EFX.

I’ve been running the Octane system since November 2023 and I’m currently sitting at a 70.67% gain. What stands out most to me is the consistency, how well it manages risk, and how it handled the recent global market event, it's been honestly astonishing. The algos are operating exactly as intended, and it’s reassuring to know I’m not alone... There are over 1,200 active users on this same journey. I’ve approached this as a long-term strategy, as should most, because it’s rare to find returns like this through traditional investments.

One of the main reasons I chose to use an algo in the first place was to remove emotion from the process... especially during tough months. April was our first monthly loss, but the system bounced back impressively in June with nearly 5% gains!!!
