Paid 0.50 cent to convert a file which didn’t work. Then they proceeded to charge my account €47.90 every month. it was 3 months before I noticed it on my bank account. They refunded one month but are now ignoring my emails asking for a full refund. I have contacted my Bank who are investigating and my SOLICITOR who says I have a case so hopefully we are one step closer to shutting these guys down.
SCAM
When on line to convert old word document to PDF, EastFile.io was the first one up. Worked away, registered and downloaded file.
A payment was requested for €0.50 for this process.
I duly used my prepaid credit card, which I knew had limited funds on it.
I received confirmation with invoice that payment of the €0.50 was sorted.
No sign of document!
I emailed them and next day two things happened
1.My credit card company declined a request for €47.50 from EasyFile.io and notified me.
I checked the invoice to make sure I had not missed anything, no agreement notified tome of extra charges or subscription.
2. Natalia from EasyFile.io notified me that my file was now ready to use. When I replied seeking clarification on the attempt to take €47.50 from my account as opposed to the invoiced €0.50, I received no reply.
Potential Scammers.

Scum ya .50 then 47.90 and the next month 47.90 again all taken out of my account. Btw the link was given by the ESB to me they said never happened before and pulled the link. A lot of good it will do my loss.
