The ETA service is very efficient

The ETA service is very efficient. However I believe the visa requirement should be waived for old age pensioners who only travel to visit their children and grandchildren. Pensioners have worked all their lives and bring up the next generations. Their income after retirement is substantially reduced therefore it would be a humane gesture to waive the visa requirement for their visits.
