Hi Everyone,

Hi Everyone,

I’m very disappointed about this company because my order number 12708393 it is not arrived and it was sent to the old address in Gstaad, even before my order I deleted the old address and I write the new address. How it is possible and when I asked the customer service about my order the answer was that I choose the old address which it is not true , I deleted the old address before to make the order.
I don’t have any contact with the old address.
If my issue will not be solved I’ll never order again from them.
