This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. The functions are basically nonexistent. You cannot do anything with their BTC. I deposited and realized this, so I wanted to get my funds out quickly and get away from this disaster of an app. When I withdrew my funds, they locked my account and banned me. Good riddance honestly. Avoid this app, it is total garbage.
Easybitcoin is one of the shadiest companies I have ever dealt with. They provide you with a USD interest earning account at what seems like a great rate. They allow you to load money and then you can move the money into the interest earning account. The moment you touch your money however and transfer it out they lock your account. They held my money for almost 2 weeks and their "support staff" every day responded saying they are still working on it. After this happened to me I reached out to a number of online groups I am a part of and found out that one of my buddies money was held for 9 months. In the end my money was refunded to me but let's just say it was not worth it whatsoever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
One of the worst crypto apps I’ve ever used.
Customer support is the absolute worst, takes days to respond, and is unable to fix or answer simple issues. The craziest thing is each time, after a few days, a new agent picks up my support ticket, fails to read the previous messages, and tells me the EXACT SAME FALSE/CANNED information!
I only used the app a week before it stopped working, and now there’s nothing I can do because customer support is so inept. Don’t do it folks, this app is awful. Don’t allow your money to be trapped with an awful app.
