Easy Bathrooms - Crawley Reviews 22

First time ive used Easy Bathrooms and they didn't disappoint. Picked up a catalogue from my nearest store and decided to order my bathroom accessories from it. Yes , they are a little more expensive but the quality is great and stylish, and with a long guarantee. Ordering was simple and quick and delivery took only a few days and packed really well . Its all been fitted to my new bathroom and I am extremely happy with how it all looks. So I would definitely recommend buying from them.

The installer completed the work to a very high standard.

From going into the shop and talking to Raj and ordering, the items we ordered everything is amazing. This is definitely a shop I will go back to if and when I need something.

We replaced a range of cupboards including a new WC and wash hand basin. The quality generally seems pretty good and the staff in Crawley were very helpful.
The main problem was that the size and type of basin we wanted, although shown in more than 1 display, isn’t available. We chose an alternative which isn’t available either. In both cases they were on display and listed and priced. We had to get one from another supplier.
We also had a problem with a faulty WC seat. We took it back to the shop and showed them the fault and they ordered a replacement. The first replacement was the wrong one and it took a total of 4 weeks to finally get the right one.
So although it generally went well, the issue with the items on display needs to be corrected, so customers don’t base their choices on wrong information.

Good service but they forgot to add in the small items (like waste etc) that your plumber is going to need when they fit your bathroom

I recently visited the Easy Bathrooms store in Crawley to return an item. Unfortunately, the experience was super disappointing. Despite the item being intact and unopened (although the box was untapped on top), the v rude staff asked me to pay £40 restocking fee. Initially, they quoted £20, which I already found excessive. The prices at Easy Bathrooms are already higher compared to other stores like Wayfair. Adding a return fee on top of that is frustrating. The customer service was extremely poor, and I would advise others to think twice before making a purchase from this store.

I popped in for ideas on a bathroom upgrade, the team were helpful in answering any questions I had. Massive showroom with lots of selection. Positive experience overall!

Update 22.04 - Have ran out of tiles AGAIN since my first complaint! Turns out the salesperson has completely missed out a whole wall when originally ordering the tiles. Now over 3 weeks without a completed bathroom. Had to order more and nearly £365 down due to the store's constant mistake's. Awaiting a resolution...

Problem after problem with this store and staff are not very apologetic either!
We purchase our whole bathroom suite from you and all seemed pretty smooth at first. Everything that we ordered was delivered and we was pleased with the first half of the service.

However since then we have had issues and this is where it all goes down hill. Firstly, we were mis-sold our shower, the one we wanted is not what was ordered so when our bathroom fitter started on his first day, this is when we realised. We was allowed to return/exchange however was told it would not be delivered to the shop until the Monday (6 days later) which then pushed us back (our bathroom was already ripped out at this point) and there was also a difference in price so we are due a refund which a week later no one has contacted us about!! Still waiting now....

The next issue is when we ordered our tiles, we provided all measurement's and said we wanted the room half tiled etc and now my fitter is 3 packs short of tiles which again has caused a massive delay!! The salesman said he had ordered one pack extra just in case and even then we are still loads short (none have been broken either) and one wall we actually decided not the tile in the end so I have no idea how the salesperson mis-counted so many! I have now had to order them from another store which is over half an hour away as none of your stores keep stock and only have certain delivery dates, meaning I will then have to take time off work to collect! I don't even have the option of collecting from your warehouse as this is over 4 hours away from me. So not only is this costing us extra in petrol, materials and labour, it is also wasting everyone's time! I explained this on the phone and all I got back was "these things happen" no apology or even a bit of sympathy that we have now been nearly 2 weeks without a bathroom.

We have been left no choice but to leave a bad review and we are so disappointed with our experience overall, the bad has completely outweighed the good and would appreciate an explanation, apology and some sort of compensation for all the extra costs and stress we have experienced.
