Driver didn't turn up. It is the most basic thing for a taxi company. I booked a return trip to and from Heathrow. I got there OK. I had booked the meet and greet service but when I landed after a long flight.... no one was there. I phoned the company to ask where the cab was... I got voicemail... I phoned a further 5 times over the next 20 minutes. This wasn't the middle if the night... it was the middle if the afternoon. I'm the end I caught the train home which was a massive pain. A day later I have phoned up, still no answer and voicemail... Simply DO NOT USE.

Amazing company will definitely use again, no problems very mannerly staff , on time no issues atall, evening gave use a chat of history on the way home.

Great service no problems , drivers very pleasant, on time good communication, would definitely use again.

I used this cab company from Gatwick airport. The fare was about 55 GBP. Since it was a business trip, I asked for a receipt before using the service and they said they would issue one as soon as possible. However, after payment, I waited and waited, of course e-mailed several times, but never received a reply! I think this company is unreliable.

Terrible service. We booked for a pick-up at Gatwick Airport for a flight arriving at 7:35am. Guy actually turned up at 9:20 am - almost two hours after the flight had landed!!! The excuse was very poor "bad traffic". Rush hour traffic and even unexpected bad traffic should be planned for. Avoid this company like the plague. Phone call to their main office clueless, they didn't even know the taxis was late!

My experience was very good. Booked just before my flight, on arrival got a text with driver's contacts & clear instructions where to go to. Very efficient.

Train strikes today meant I was stuck trying to get to the airport. I booked a taxi yesterday through this website and used the online chat to talk to 'Sam' who was amazing and helped me confirm that my booking would definitely go ahead, and also allow me to have the driver contact details. The driver arrived perfectly on time, and was polite, chatty, and a reliable safe driver who got me to the airport on time.

I was hesitant because of the reviews here, but in my experience today & the booking process yesterday, I would definitely recommend. Thank you Sam and the driver Waqas Ahmed.

Shocking company.
Booked taxi for a 1.15 in a morning and paid 125 pound with a greeting so you expect everything go well. And surprise when no one was there to greeting you. After weiting some time I e-mailed office, yes they responded to me wit a number. After few more e-mails I got answer that taxi driver not picking up and no one is coming. That I have to take another black cab. Very fast to take your money without delivering service. Its a last thing what you want after long flight in a middle of a night.
Very bad service. If you pay So much money you expect someone to make sure that service is delivered or replacement sent!

The negative reviews are correct about the service. I received a booking confirmation for Attiq to pick me up at 11:30 am today. However, to my surprise he never showed up or answered my texts or calls. I had to call the company for them to reach out to Attiq. After 10 minutes from 11:50 am they finally called and told me, "You have to find another cab because he's not answering and apologised for the inconvenience, and I will refund the booking for you". Please use trusted companies only. In fact use an Uber.

My driver, Attiq, was excellent. My flight arrived early and he was able to pick me up earlier than the scheduled time. The car was clean and Atriq was good company. Would highly recommend him for pick up from Heathrow - Dominique

Do not use this company! they will take your money and give you false information. They told me they would have a taxi at Heathrow for 5.30pm which cost me £120 including extra for the meet and greet service, I was then called and told it would be 20 mins late, I was call again 20minute later to say it would be another 30 mins late and then I called them as it still wasn't with me and they said it was there but parked in a car park so I waited longer as i needed the meet and greet and then I was told it wasn't there but they had someone on the way. 2 hours later I had to ask for a refund and find another taxi company!

Not impressed, we were told when we were dropped off where we would be picked up on our return, that wasn’t the case which made it very stressful,
The driver was polite and courteous,
The car was very dirty, which was I thought not a good advert for your company

The driver was 25 minutes late for a 15 minute journey (4am airport run) and didn't even answer his phone until 4.15. Because of his tardiness I had to rush through the airport! He also made me as a lone woman walk 5 mins down a pitch black road in the middle of nowhere with my luggage because he wanted to pick me up from the main road. I've contacted the company several times to complain and had no response.

Booked from London city airport. Driver didn’t turn up (delayed) - they say they have given me a full refund which should appear in my bank in 10+ days - not a good experience

Booked pickup for 5 people and cases in an 8 seater from airport at 11.30pm. Landed and switched on phone found email sent 11.05pm cancelling job by Easy Airport Taxi. Left us stranded in Gatwick with next coach at 3.10am back to our home town 1 hour away. With no other taxis available from this company or any other.
