Defect product, no customer service
As it's the time of the year for condensation to start, I bought a dehumidifier from EasyACC, but on the first use, it already showed an error code. When I looked at the manual, the error code translated into "Contact support". So, there's nothing I can do on my end (the dehumidifier got very hot very quickly, and that's definitely NOT normal and seem dangerous).
However, I contacted support, and never received a reply, so that's not good enough.

It's rare I recommend things but this was one
I bought a small handheld fan from these guys about 2 years ago. It is still going. It really helped me get through the summers that get only hotter.
Well recently my mom needed a small quite fan for her office, so I recommend it. She loved it too.
When my one dies, although it doesn't seem to be happening soon. I will definitely buy again.
Updated 2022: that fan is still kicking at 4 years old. I am convinced it will never die.

I purchased an EasyAcc solar panel from Amazon.co.uk. It killed my phone. I want to return it and calme that they pay for the repair, but company is not responding to my emails
