I had my survay done by paul. He was very knowledgeable about the procuct, friendly and easy to talk with. There was no hard sales pitch and went into lots of detail for me so i fully understood the process.

Within three days i had my instilation complete and also 2 small roof repairs that were identified during the survey and instalation.

The teams that completed the work were very profesional and carried out the work required with very little noise or disturbance. I was in my living room doing online meetings as part of a training course but was not disturbed at all during the process. The teams that were at my house doing the work cleaned up after them selves even though i said that i was happy to do it after they finished.

During the instalation and roof repair i recieved phone calls from pippa letting me know what was happenening, what to expect next and any further info that she thought i would need.

The whole team had great communication and followed up the instalation with a call to make sure i was happy with the work that had been done.

The surveyor Jamie was excellent. He was quick, thorough, polite and funny.
He answered all of my questions and made me feel very at ease.

Paul came round and let us know the ins and out of what they can give us. He explained everything. Paul arranged them to come and empty the loft . The family of three came and emptied it quickly and efficiently. They then did the loft for us. A very good job was done by the family of three. Altogether from. Paul and the family doing g the job , everything was done in a very professional way. I would recommend the company to everyone who wants there loft done.
Finally l would like to thank Paul once again for everything he did for us.

Just had Jamie visit to quote for a unique loft insulation project. Although somewhat surprised at the extent he never let it phase him and managed to quote effectively. Hoping the installation goes as well.

Toni who came to survey my loft, was very polite and personable . He was very informative and explained everything to me ensuring that I had understood all he had told me before going on to the next point.
The employees who carried out the work were very respectful of my property and did an expert job in a relatively short time.

Jamie McArthur, was exceedingly nice. A very pleasant fellow. He was honest and was not pushy, understanding and truthful. Unfortunately the easyquilt was although excellent stuff was unfortunately very expensive. When I win the lottery I will definitely call Jamie to do the work for me. Nice man.

From the initial contact I felt relaxed about dealing with Something Easy. Ross their Representative came to see us on 05/03/2026, and he did a thorough review with videos of our Loft Area.

From that visit, we agreed to have them do a Loft Insulation improvement for us.

The work was completed efficiently on 13/03/26 and the staff were very friendly and efficient.

I recommend Something Easy to anyone considering Loft Insulation in particular.

The young guy who removed all the foam insulation from my loft was very pleasant, efficient, polite and worked hard to get the job done with the least disturbance.
The men who disposed of over 100 bags of the foam were fast and efficient they even vacuumed the hall and stairs before they left.
The people who installed the new insulation did a great job they were fast and efficient and also vacuumed everywhere when they were finished.
After each step in the process I was shown pictures of before and after the work and at the end I was shown pictures of the finished attic.

My husband and I sat Wednesday evening and just smiled as we did not need to get involved at all My husbands injury meant he couldn’t assist this was no issue to all involved so from myself and my husband thanks to all connected in the loft insulation - I feel I have made friends and will advocate to all looking for a similar job

Assessor Ross came explained the technical details in laymens terms. Showed me on a video what needed to be done in the loft. Insulation team arrived as expected a few days later. No mess,did the job,showed me a video of the loft before and after the work. I can't fault the work. Price was reasonable for what had to be done
