Five star tour

Five star tour! Ket and his sister were fabulous riders. Very professional and passionate about their home country and region. Exploring the north of Vietnam by motorbike was a great discovery and we will cherish our memories of the past three days. The plan was carefully prepared and the combination of culture, adventure, food and time to rest was perfect. Amazing noodles and very tasty duck. Ket knows where to go :) We are passionate about photography so we also had our moments to enjoy that too. We would love to do it again in the future.
Tuan Tran was also very helpful with tips to get from and back to Hanoi. He even helped us to book the tickets and suggested accommodation. Very grateful to the whole Easy Riders Team. See you soon , friends 🤗

Highly recommend

What a great tour with Easy Riders Vietnam in Dalat, owner Tuan Tran who has had this tour company for 20+ years and has been recommended by multiple entities through the years, including TimesUK. It was a great 8-hour day traveling through the countryside on the back of a motorbike on a day that couldn't have been more pleasant. Waterfalls, pagoda, silkworm factory, driving through villages, visiting a coffee farm, and more. I highly recommend this company. Don and Bruno couldn't have been better drivers and tour guides. 5/5+ stars.

Great experience, surprising and interestung

We, 2 ladies 58+, went on a 4-day motorbike tour through the central highlands with Sunny and Terry. They are not only careful drivers but also tour-organisers and tour-guides with a lot of knowledge about the country, the products and the culture and besides that very friendly young man. The country side and the climate in the central highlands is great for a motobike trip. Every day the scenrry changes and every day we experienced different highlights. They the know the nicest countryside roads, the secret lokal swimming places, the best restaurants and hotels. The locals are very friendly and its easy to get in contact. We enjoyed it very much and are already planning the next trip. Thank you Sunny and Terry for looking after us so well! Don't hesitate and go for it but only with this organisation.

The real deal - 10/10

They are the real deal- the original Easy Riders.
We took the 4 day tour from Dalat to Mui Ne. Super professional and safe and probably the best experience in our entire trip in Vietnam.

Amazing Ha Giang Loop tour

I chose Easy Riders Vietnam for the Ha Giang Loop tour, and had the most incredible time. I chose this company because they are the original Easy Riders company, and I wanted an original experience which was more private and not part of a big party group. My guide Ket was great! He was so nice and spoke English very well. He also showed me some less known viewpoint and places, which was great, as some of the more famous viewpoints can get a bit crowded. All in all, an amazing experience and I can highly recommend Easy Riders Vietnam.

Easy Rider Tour Saigon to Hoi An - The best way to explore Vietnam

On very short notice we were able to book a 10 day tour from Saigon to Hoi An with the Easy Riders Vietnam. At Mekong Delta we met with our 2 easy riders, James and Toan. Right from the start we knew that we where in for a great adventure!

You'll get to places which you would never visit on one of the usual touristy trips. We drove through the impressive mountains in the Central Highlands, visited beautiful waterfalls and met many very friendly local people.

Although the scenery was breath taking, what made our trip

Toan is a very humble man with extensive knowledge of the agriculture in Vietnam. On almost every stop he was able to find some wild fruits for us to taste. He was very hospitable, always making sure we were having a good time!

James’s a good laugh. He knows every single road in Vietnam by heart and navigated us with great ease. He gave us a great insight in the history and his (personal) life in Vietnam. Furthermore, we believe that he is one of the best Karaoke singers in Vietnam!

Every evening they took a us to a local restaurant, where they ordered great food and enough beers (or rice wine) for some unforgettable nights. The Karaoke bars, snail rice wine (James?) and our mid might visit to the haunted houses of Dalat are things that we won't forget soon.

If it weren’t for them, we wouldn’t have had this incredible experience. Thank you so much for being our friends and all the great memories!

Ten days on the motor bike was tiring, but so worth it. If you are in Vietnam (or travel to Vietnam), ready for an adventure and open to meet some great people, book a tour with EasyRidersVietnam.Com - you’ll have an unforgettable experience.

What an amazing experience

What an amazing experience! We couldn't recommend our 3 day Dalat to Nha Trang Easy-Riders motorbike tour highly enough! Such a lovely, friendly, kind group of men to work with and great craic! They were so accommodating to us! Each of us were accompanied by a great English speaking tour guide/driver as we've never driven a motorbike before. However, the trip was so much fun and enjoyable. Definitely the trip with Easy Riders Vietnam is highlight of our time in Vietnam!

Easy Riders Vietnam is The Best!!!

Got to be honest, we rocked up in Dalat not expecting much. We'd already had 3 weeks or so of travelling across Asia, fresh from graduation, and as a broke man I wasn't particularly in the mood for spending gallons on Easy Riders Vietnam.

However. The five of us were highly satisfied customers! We weren't disappointed. Everybody was incredibly helpful, particularly Tuan, and we came up with a plan of what we all wanted to do and how we wanted to do it. We were all quite keen to ride our own bikes, however, since none of us had ever actually ridden a bike before or driven on Vietnamese roads - we got tour guides. Again, this turned out to be a great decision. We ended up settling on a 3 day tour that ended up in Nha Trang, which was the best compromise with the amount of time we had in Vietnam. Probably if we could we would have enjoyed a longer trip.

Using Easy-Riders.Net was such a top way of seeing Vietnam. We got to see stuff we would otherwise not, going off the "beaten track" and enjoying local cuisine, rural Vietnam, and stunning waterfalls, weasel coffee, and much more. The guys were all great bant, and also it turns out they knew alot as well :). Despite the weather being pretty pants quite alot of the time, we all poncho'd up, drank some crazy strong coffee and still had a great laugh. Riding an elephant was probably the highlight!

Anyways, writing this review a year on it's been great to remember some good memories. I've probably forgotten so much, but to all you keen tourists, definitely go Easy Riders Vietnam! It's a great time and you won't regret it.

Safe and the best way to see Vietnam

We did a 10 day ride from Saigon to Hoi An, through the coast and up through the Central Highlands. My wife and I have never been on a motorcycle, and we had our guides, Ace and Kun, drive us while we sat behind them. Over the 10 days Ace and Kun became like family. They are longtime friends, so cementing the camaraderie among us was easy. Their enthusiasm and love for their country was infectious, and their knowledge from history to farming and produce to local culture gave us an ability to see Vietnam as few get to see. We stopped at farms and tasted their own distilled rice and fermented wines, as well as meet several local minority clans and share their own rice wine and liquor. We swam in pools next to waterfalls. And they brought us to road stops and restaurants that gave us a true taste of Vietnamese cuisine. In the markets we saw (and tasted) local foods and produce with the unbridled enthusiasm from Kun. In the evenings over beer, Ace taught us new card games and we taught them both a few new ones as well. Always cheerful, always witty, Ace and Kun adjusted the itinerary and stops as they got to know us.

A couple of things to note: you will always stay in air-conditioned rooms, but don't expect 4 or 5 star accommodations. If you want to stay in beautiful hotels with big staffs and sealed off from real locals, this trip is not for you. Also, 10 days on a motorcycle is a long journey for those not used to traveling this way. Fortunately we a bicycle riders at home, so our butts were maybe a little less sore. Still, 8 days would have been perfect, the last 2 days were a tad bit over. Ace mentioned his longest ride was 23 days, so it is possible.

Tuan, the owner, is super easy to communicate with, and made all the arrangements easy and answered all my questions, no matter how many I asked in advance. I can write so much more about the trip, so much happened that will be top in our list of travels, and we travel a lot. In short, we miss our new best buds, Ace and Kun. This is the ONLY way to truly see Vietnam, get out of the tourist traps and get as local as possible. I would do this again, and in fact will as we will come back to Vietnam and tour some more.

Celebrating 25 Years of Marriage

Celebrating 25 Years of Marriage, The Easy Rider Way 🏍

Part 1 of 2

On the eve of our 25th wedding anniversary I am filled with many emotions as I reflect on the most memorable way we chose to mark this milestone in our lives.

Vietnam was decided on a few years back, research led me to discover "The Easy Riders-Vietnam". I put together my plan and presented it to my husband. His reply was "Really Elisa, off the beaten path Vietnam on motorcycles, have you lost it?" .. to which I replied "Honey, I'm adventurous but I'm not crazy" .. "That's the best part, we won't be doing the driving, that is left to the professionals! We just sit back and enjoy the ride" .. Then the ha, ha moment .. "-"!

And so it was to be, but I have to tell ya it wasn't easy sifting and sorting through the many websites out there claiming to be The Original Easy Riders, The Smiling Easy Riders etc etc. It made me want to ask the question .. "Will the REAL Easy Rider please stand up".

It was challenging but I did my due diligence and sent out a few emails. This led me to Tuan who replied promptly and provided me with solid information, pricing, itinerary options etc. We continued our communication for months as I tried to figure out which option suited our schedule best .. 4 days, 7 days, 10 days??? I couldn't decide as I wanted to see it all, so we opted for the 20 day tour from Hanoi to Saigon along the Ho Chi Min Trail.

As the weeks and days went by, I was excited but truth be told I was nervous too. There were so many unknowns! We are seasoned travelers and have spent time in SE Asia but this would be our first time in Vietnam. As for the fear, it really was based on how our aged bodies would fare the 20 days on the back of motorcycles. And yes, the idea of spending 20 days with virtual strangers was a bit daunting .. I mean, what if we didn't get along?

So the day came, January 6th 2019. We collected ourselves and our gear and made our way down for the meet up at the scheduled time. The elevator ride was pretty quiet. The doors opened, we turned into the lobby and there they were Our Easy Riders! Front and center, bikes parked on an angle, looking professional and ready to receive us. Big sigh of relief :) In those few moments it took to walk through the front door all of my worries and apprehension melted away and what followed was sheer excitement and awesome energy .. the kind you can feel in your core! "The Boys", as we fondly came to refer to them as introduced themselves "Ace & Kun". My name was easy for them, however Drew didn't roll off the tongue as easily so we took to writing out all of our names and sounding them out .. and BAM, the friendship was formed!

They strapped up our gear and suggested we go for coffee, sit down and go over some details .. Route options, what to expect, dietery concerns, bum breaks .. The fact that we would spend the next 20 days together wasn't lost on our Riders and they pointed out the importance of communication. All of this was greatly appreciated and really put us at ease with the adventure .. With that we were off, winding and weaving through the chaios of Hanoi traffic in the early morning.

Over the next 20 days we experienced the most amazing and diverse scenery we could imagine. We learned about the many minority tribes residing in the remote hillsides and their cultures, learned so much about the agriculture and production of the many day to day products made in Vietnam.
