Amazing expedition experience to see the snow leopard on the Tibetan Plateau! This was a trip of a lifetime and everything went according to plan. The team and guides were excellent, professional and caring. I highly recommend doing this trip with eastogo and will definitely be working with them again on my next trip to this region of China!

He was extremely professional and attentive; we thoroughly enjoyed spending time with him. We have been traveling across Oceania and Asia for nine months now; we’ve met many drivers along the way, but Carrick is by far the best! His car was also very comfortable! The organization was excellent from start to finish!

We spend 9 days in Tibet with Eastogo. We were a little worried that Western China might be a little difficult to explore independently and we are so glad we ended up booking the tour with them. The activities they planned was amazing and felt very authentic, we were able to see the beautiful nature of western china as well as experiencing a lot of cultural practices. Spending time with tibetan locals was definitely a highlight of our trip. I would definitely recommend them,

The 7-day road trip around West Sichuan with easttogo was absolutely amazing. They organized a very custom-made tripe just as we imagined it and suggested interesting placed and recommendations on the way.
Our driver Jack was super fluent in English and made all our wishes possible. We had very interesting conversations with him about live and culture in China. We brought us to the yummiest restaurants and was helpful with all our questions. We felt super comfortable with him!

Eastogo made my trip to China very easy and stress free. They provided support and the relevant documents for the visa application and went above and beyond to ensure we were fully prepared for the trip - even down to instructions on how to load the apps needed to make payments etc in China. The team was very professional, responsive and helpful and put together a fantastic trip. I highly recommend travelling with Eastogo.

Our travel planner Nancy and Eastogo were fantastic, both in the pre-trip explanations and in the assistance during the trip.
Our guide, Renqing, was simply exceptional; it's amazing how he manages to find animals in the mountains. It was exciting to see all the animals, even the snow leopard; we saw four.
Our driver and co-guide, Atop, was also truly impeccable.
Besides Renqing's skill at finding hidden animals, we were also amazed by his great humanity. During the trip, I was sick with a fever, but thanks to Renqing, I had all the necessary assistance, even at night, when I needed oxygen.
The welcome from the Tibetan family was also wonderful. The living conditions during the days with the Tibetan family were more difficult due to the cold in the room and the bathroom outside the room, but this wasn't a problem; we knew it and it was part of our wonderful experience. For some, it can be a problem, but we were prepared and everything went well; the trip makes up for these small difficulties.
The rooms, however, were always clean and welcoming, despite the cold.
We also loved the panda tour in Wolong-Cheng Du; the guide was excellent and the activities were really nice.
I can only thank Nancy, Eastogo and all the guides who helped us love and discover Tibet and China. If we plan another vacation to China in the future, we'll definitely do it with Eastogo.

Spending this week with Eastogo was the best decision we could take about our journey in Western Sichuan.
Service has been excellent since the very first minute, Tea was the perfect host and driver, always making us feel comfortable and pampered so that we consider him more a friend than a supplier, local guides were really welcoming and we had a special time with them too... And what can we say about the Tibetan Plateau, simply a marvel.
A wonderful service has been actually provided since the very beginning of the planning phase: Serena was able to propose and arrange the perfect trip even if with a really short notice - we really booked our flight last minute.

I usually organise my trips by myself so I'm always a little bit "skeptical" about agencies... But Eastogo was simply the best. They gave us exactly what we needed, and our experience felt the most authentic and "local" adventure we could have.

The organization of the trip was simply perfect. The staff was supportive and very precise with providing information and details. It was an incredible tour. Highly recommended!

This trip was enjoyable and stress-free as I was left in good hands of the team, who are responsive and flexible. The following day itineraries were always promptly updated so I knew what to expect. The itinerary is also well-paced with enough time for rest and self-exploration in the towns. The accomodation throughout the trip were fantastic, cosy and some with stunning views. Driver is helpful, patient with questions and always on time. I particularly enjoyed the prayer meditation experience with the guide who is very knowledgeable and welcoming.

It was well organized. The communication is fast and everything went so smooth. The guides are knowledgeable and we were booked in great accommodations.

As with any wildlife encounters, everything is unpredictable. But the guides knew what they were doing. And in the end, we were able to see the Snow Leopard. We were incredibly lucky. It was not an easy trip because of the altitude but we were given all the information to help me prepare for it.

Jack was a fantastic guide! the whole trip was smooth. gorgeous locations. And great picks for accommodations.

The trip got over any expectation. Our travel planner Serena, the guides and our driver Wang were very kind and helpful during the whole trip, making us enjoy beautiful places and stunning experiences.
I recommend to rely to this company if you want to explore Western Sichuan.

Overall a well curated trip. We didn’t tailor it further as we thought they knew better the route to take. It was a bit less polished than we had expected with a few minor snags such as the lack of welcome ceremony on the first day.
First few days felt a bit rushed while later days felt a bit empty. The significant altitude symptoms initially likely contributed to this feeling as well. We wish we had more time in Zhonglu village to explore. The trip was more self guided a than we had anticipated and even though Eastogo provided informative “travel books” of the next days itinerary. It would have been nice to have more cultural and historical context and explanations in certain places especially since there is not a lot of English information available online or at the sites. We had a driver Jack who was excellent at navigating the mountain roads. The roads were sketchy in places but we felt super safe with his driving. He had amazing English and helped us with translating signs and menus but he was not supposed to be a tour guide. We did have two half days with a local guide Jenny which was nice. She was very outgoing and super fun. Highlight for me was meeting the local monks and herders and experiencing what life was like on the Tibetan plateau which I would not have been able to experience without Eastogo. It did feel a bit like the company was a bit more focused on the experiences of influencers on Instagram than those of other customers such as myself which was a bit saddening.

I explored parts of Sichuan and Yunnan with Easttogo. It was unforgettable. I have never felt so taken care of, especially when I fell ill due to altitude sickness at Tagong. The biggest highlights of this company are a deep sense of responsibility and professionalism. They ensure that their guests are safe, comfortable, and are having a good time. The team is made up of young travel enthusiasts, so you can imagine the kind of experiences they offer: meditation with a Buddhist monk, living with a Tibetan nomadic family, learning thanka painting at Shangri-la, to name just a few. I am returning soon to explore other parts of China with Eastogo.

We did a 6 days tour in Western Sichuan and we had a great experience! Zoey was extremely helpful, always available for any inconvenience came up during the trip! The car was extremely comfortable and our driver, Wang, was perfect.
Moreover Zoey helped us in solving a problem that nothing had to do with the trip...and this made the very difference! Always thank for your help and kindness!
We normally love to travel by our selves, never using travel agency, but in this case we decided to let Eastogo schedule our itinerary, giving them just few indications about what we would have liked to see, because western Sichuan is not so easy to reach...they totally match our wish!

We asked them to organise a 3 day car trip into western Sichuan. Mainly because we knew that public transport isn't easy in this region. We already planned our iterary before we contacted them.
Still Zoey and the rest of the team did their very best to give us as much extra info and suggestions as possible. And answer all our extra questions, without ever being pushy to buy extra's if we didn't want them.
We didn't have any problems on our route but it felt that they were only one Wechat message away to solve any problems we might encounter. It felt like a gardian angel travelling along.

We decided to toured with Eastogo to find out more about remoted places in China. We therefore visited Western Sichuan and it has been an incredible journey from the beginning to its end. From the driver (Jack) to the planning it was all perfect and I wish I could do it all over again. Eastogo let us in and showed the real beauty of untouched China. I would highly recommend them.
