returns are exceptionally slow. Apparently they use the cheapest return method possible, bulk parcel return to washington dc and then air forward to warehouse destination.

joining many others - I ordered "happy socks" special collection of Beatles socks, with the label saying "one size". Imagine my surprise when I got the package and it was actually "one size=male"!!! Nowhere in the website it was mentioned, clarified or made precise - and the socks do exist in male/female sizes, as I checked in the website of Happy Socks. I cannot refund the item as it was on sale, and basically cannot do anything at all - but to write this review. Be careful of what you buy!

I ordered a pair of jeans size 33 (I usually wear 32). I received a pair of jeans that was TOO SMALL (the product sheet did not mention this type of sizing), then they asked me 45$ to return this product. They DO NOT WANT YOU to return and definitely do not care about customer service. Please buy elsewhere.
No communication and strange account policy
Order was late so tried to sign in to track delivery.
My account had been locked so I contacted customer service.
Customer service was quick to respond to tell me there was an issue with the supplier and they had cancelled my order and deleted my account too.
If I hadn't reached out it seems they may never have contacted me about my cancelled order.

If you live in the UK, never order from this website. I payed £57 for a polo shirt and was told I’d have to wait 7-20 days for it’s arrival. It’s been 50 days now... I have contacted the company via email and they have just copied and pasted the same answer. I was recharged £60 instead of the £57 for some reason which was not explained to me I just saw the money come out of my bank account. I asked to return this item as it was not arriving and they are trying to charge me $40 for return. Absolutely disgusting customer service and a ridiculous wait time. Never ever order something to the UK from this abysmal website. I ordered the item on the 24th of November hoping it would arrive by Christmas. All they had to do was either refund me completely or find out where my parcel is. I look forward to seeing this parcel in 2026.

I ordered a Polo Ralph Lauren - Softshell Barrier Jacket from them, when I asked to change a size I was told it was impossible, when I asked for a refund They demanded 60$ for return shipping!
A jacket I bought for 118$! Want more than half the product cost!

Hi, I bought Dr.Martens gryphon sandals from here under DDP term (included imported tax) to Thailand,
take about 9-10 days to reach my hand thru DHL. Timing is reasonable, not keep me waiting for long long time. It's great and can trust!! My order was packed very well with good condition box. RECOMMENDED !!

Many days passed but my order is still not shipped, even i choosed the first delivery with Tax and all costs. It should only take 2-4 days for the waiting. I wrote the Service and ask that, the Service gave me again and again the Ctrl C+V answer.

Made my purchase and they were supposed to deliver my items. tried logging into my account after 2 days to check my delivery order, I wasn't able to log into. my account anymore. Contacted Customer Service, received an email from them saying they have cancelled my order and that they are sorry. No mention of my refunds, no further explanation. I will not recommend anyone to make a purchase on this site!

There's something about the site which seems untrustworty.
Update - I discovered via my bank that the issue here is that the online purchasing (US based) doesn't ask for CVV number (at the time I hadn't noticed) and is therefore always flagged as suspicious and they would recommend not using anyway.
Otherwise the stock seems good and I do like that the country of origin of each item is (usually) clearly stated - but I'm not phoning a US number to complete a sale.

Ok so I had been looking at reviews between YouTube videos and online google reviews and there had been many good so I went to order polo socks because they are the only people that don’t have high shipping fees so the sock was $15 free shipping And I brought it that morning I got up to make sure nothing was bad but my money was back in my cash app and they hadn’t sent any cancelation email so I went to login to see the details about the order and it said this “ We have detected unusual activity on your account and have locked it temporarily. Please contact customer service for further assistance.” This website is very suspect I don’t reccomend anyone to order.( I also decided to transfer my money to another cash app just incase they try to take my money)

I ordered a pair of boots from east dane,I knew the quality was excellent as I've purchased these in the uk before,sadly no longer available in most of the uk.The customer service from east dane was second to none,very polite and helpful,the item I ordered arrived today at 1pm after ordering last Thursday! Very quick delivery from the u.s.puts most of uk online shopping to shame,will definitely order again,thanks guys

Well changing my review as I had to return a pair of shoes that did not fit...the return was accepted Apr 2...and I was told to expect my money by Apr 13...well thats today I called customer service and was told it would be the end of the week...which in my eyes is poor customer service...no longer will I be a customer or encourage anyone else to be a customer of East Dane...its shouldnt take 3wks to recieve a return...on top of that the box was damaged in shipping I was assured I would not be charged for the damaged box but I wont hold my breath...I just hope I get my money back...which I dont feel too promising about as of now. Buy at your own risk just make sure your product fits cause if you return it...your going to be put through the ringer just to get a return...

Ordered a hat from them and the fee's are extremely misleading.
They have a +10% for GST which is a must for Australian purchases. When going through the whole payment process there is no $AUD payment specified even though there is the GST present. Basically charging double for a hat is absolutely ridiculous.
I emailed their customer service immediately after the purchase advising them to cancel this order. I then emailed again the following day and am still yet to receive anything a week after..
