Kirk made the whole experience of replacing a smashed side window effortless. Kept in touch by text between initial contact and coming out to fit the new window, volunteering to come out to fit it to save me the hassle of taking car into his workshop. He is a well organised, neat, tidy worker. The final bill was very reasonable.

Very grateful to Kirk, who, although busy, fixed my windscreen at short notice before I headed home from a holiday.

Great customer service, very friendly and efficient, kindly fitted me in on the day, when replacing another windscreen on someone else’s car, without even booking. Nothing was too much trouble, will be recommending him and using him again. Very fair price! 🙂

Contacted Kirk for a quote on a windscreen repair, he responded and booked me in quickly. Kirk was very friendly and professional and did a brilliant job! They were extremely helpful and friendly, and fitted windscreen fast. I was expecting my appointment to be between 8-1pm though so wasn’t happy when they didn’t arrive till 2.30pm, but I think that was auto glasses fault and not eastcoast winscreens.

Spoke to the company last night. Amazed he could fit me in next day. Really nice guy Kirk was fast and efficient!

Kirk was excellent from the moment I enquired, after having a nightmare going through insurance and a national repairer who quoted months to replace my windscreen at an extremely high cost. He was able to fit me in within the week, and saved me over £600. High quality work, and even ensured the windscreen looked better than before by adding a backing round the edges. Couldn’t recommend him any more!
