Needed a replacement windscreen for my Kia Sorento after a stone chip suddenly turned into a large crack overnight and Aviva uses a nationwide company meaning I would have to take my vehicle to them rather than them come to me, this is because of the OEM Camera/Radar equipment. Unfortunately their workshops are in Norwich, Ipswich and Thetford and no collection or drop off service was offered, so I asked Aviva if I could use another company and this is where Kirk from East Coast Windscreens comes in.
2 minutes from me so keeping business local.
Fitted inside their unit while I waited in the nice comfy office.
Screen was fitted in about an hour, left to cure for a while and ready to drive away in less time than i was on the phone with the insurance company.
Kirk even removed my stickers from my old windscreen and replaced them on the new one!
So definitely a thumbs up from me!!!
