Ordered on August 28th and the day after contacted them to try and cancel my order, since I didn’t need the item anyway. Didn’t hear back from them. Contacted them again yesterday and still haven’t heard from them at all. They didn’t hesitate to draw the money from my bank account but haven’t heard anything regarding the status of my order either, only ever got a confirmation.
Ordered a beautiful ornament online as a gift for my friend. It was delivered to my door and even came in a fabulous gift bag! Fantastic customer service! Highly recommended 👍
