I placed an order and it took sometime to arrive. The dryer sheets are worthless. I normally get at least 2 loads use of a dryer sheet. This product did not even last 1 load. I do not recommend the dryer sheet. The laundry sheets are OK for regular loads, but do not take out stains and heavy dirt. Recommend finding another product. Before I could even use 1/4 of the sheets, I was shipped my 2nd order.. they should have waited at least 30 days prior to sending out my 2nd order. Their subscription service is not worth it - recommend not signing up for it.

I am very disappointed with the underhand way I have been treated by this company. I emailed to complain about a payment taken that I did not authorise. I have contacted my bank and raised a dispute with the company to get a refund and block any further payments.

I made a purchase in error not realizing it was a subscription which provided more laundry soap than I could possibly use. I immediately contacted Earthbreeze. It has been 4 days and numerous emails. I just found out I was charged on my credit card. Earthbreeze has a 48 hour cancellation policy they did not honor. My subscription was cancelled yet I was charged. Make sense of that. I love the idea of their product I HATE THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. This ruins my thoughts of a future use. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE CONSIDERING ANOTHER OPTION.

I've only done one load but the towels smaller fresh and clean. But the customer service is amazing. I sent an email after accidentally signing up for a subscription and they replied right away and helped me get everything corrected. Was very impressed!

I initially purchased five boxes of Earth Breeze detergent online, which I was assumed was a one time transaction. I paid $53.
However, I was surprised to find another package containing five boxes arrive later, accompanied by a charge of $78.36, a subscription I had no knowledge of initiating.
Despite sending an email to request a refund and offering to return the items, I have received no response or acknowledgment of my request, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied and feeling overcharged.
I would advise others to exercise caution with this company as their lack of communication and over charge are concerning.
Furthermore, the product itself is simply not worth the significant amount of money they are charging.

Earth Breeze made everything right even without me asking. I figured I was just out the missing free gifts from my order but Jude from there customer delight team me emailed me. Before I got done reading that email, I received another one saying I have a shipment on the way with the missing items. Thank you for the fast, unexpected, and appreciated customer service.

Do NOT buy directly from this business. They will put you on a subscription and continue to send/charge for product after confirming that you canceled. They are difficult to contacy by phone. Poor customer service.

I decided to try their product after watching a Facebook add. I already use a “clean” product but was intrigued by their lack of plastic packaging. I tried the product and was disappointed in the cleaning ability. I thought that was the end of it… Unfortunately it auto subscribed me their product and shipped out the second shipment with no prior notice and before the 1 month mark. When I concreted their customer service department, “Jess” was extremely passive aggressive in her responses and totally unhelpful in stopping the auto-shipment, despite contacting her within 12 hours of the email notifying me of an incoming, unexpected autoship. I had to wait for the shipment to arrive, contact them again, and be rerouted to another department to initiate a return for refund. Thankfully they were able to refund my second shipment. Buyer beware.

Never informed about any subscription. Tried to cancel via voice mail and email. No response. Website keeps crashing every time I try to cancel.
Do NOT buy from these people. Product is not worth the money. SCAM! Do not give them your credit card information!

The laundry soap is good but I got an unexpected charge out of the blue of over $70 when I had a $16 subscription. Do NOT give them the info to charge your card.

I enjoy the product but am extremely disappointed to find a bunch of AI generated ads from earth breeze on social media, I want to support a company that promotes being safer for humans and the planet but I no
longer trust earth breeze to be that company if they support and use AI

A human reached out, and helped clear up the matter. The items were returned/refunded right away without further issue. Too bad the service wasn't better on the front end. May it evolve.

decided to try EarthBreeze when leaning they started producing domestically. However, editing or cancelling a subscription is a psi-op game to them. When reaching out to cancel, they disregard the 2 day contact period and try to force delivery. I had to file with Paypal and my credit card to pull charges. Product was good. Service is crap.

I love Earth Breeze, the scents are amazing and actually stay on the clothes after they have been washed. I really like the fact that they are in a sheet form, so easy to take on the go if we need to. The fact that they have no harsh chemicals are a bonus, but I feel like despite that, they actually clean my clothes better than the pods I was using before. I will definitely be ordering more soon.

Thought this was going to be great, bought the fragrance free sheets, turned out I am allergic. I just got a notice that a new order shipped, I didn't know I had a subscription, I got no reminder notice that an order is pending. Went into my account, there is no way to cancel, found a subscription after a deep dive, cancelled it (I hope), and I reached out via email to cancel the order. Disingenuous, no way to cancel a pending order because that is not offered, they just ship. I do not recommend this company.

I’ve been using this product for sometime now and have noticed my clothes are coming out cleaner than other products I have used. I don’t care about smell I just know they are looking cleaner smell cleaner and I know how much of earthbreeze I’m using to accomplish this. So I’m getting my money’s worth.

This company is a scam. I have tried to cancel my subscription for over a year and I’m not able to do so the email that I placed on file that I get emails from doesn’t even register. There’s no phone number to call anybody do not order this product. SCAM zero customer service.

I would not recommend this product. The laundry sheets left a film on the drum of my washing machine, and they did not desolve. We found bits of the paper on clothes when we took them out of the dryer. I contacted customer service. At first they were responsive. Then they stopped communicating.

I have tried to cancel my subscription but keep going through the same loop on the website that ensures I’ll never find what I’m looking for. I emailed the company and was sent into the same ineffective run around. All I want to do is to cancel a subscription that I didn’t know I had signed up for. Very frustrating!!!

I thought I was just ordering a 6-month supply of their laundry sheets one simple purchase. Instead, they automatically enrolled me in a subscription without making it clear at all. Then they shipped another full order I never wanted. When I tried to cancel, they said it was “too late.”

Congratulations, Earth Breeze. You just turned a would-be lifelong customer into someone who will NEVER buy from you again. You got me for two orders when you could have had dozens over the years.

This is straight-up deceptive business practice. They hide the subscription details so you don’t notice until it’s too late. No one likes being tricked.

If you’re looking for eco-friendly laundry sheets, there are plenty of honest brands out there. Skip Earth Breeze.
