after like 6 days i withdraw 24$ total (12.18$ in 13 FEB and 11.31$ in 15 FEB) and i got banned without any specific reason

If you claim that I violated your terms, then what exactly was the specific reason that led to my account being banned? There was no clear flagged reason provided in the email or on your website you simply banned my account without giving any legitimate explanation. I consider this to be a fraudulent action. I have carefully read your terms and conditions and I genuinely believe that I did not violate anything, which is why I am speaking out. Even your customer support has failed to provide proper assistance. If this review is seen by a Trustpilot moderator, I am fully prepared to provide evidence proving that everything I have stated is true.

First, we would like to address the accusation directly: EarnApp is not a scam.
We’ve been operating for over 5 years, and our long track record plus our Trustpilot rating reflect thousands of users who have been paid successfully. We have paid every cent owed to users who follow our Terms of Service, and we will continue to do so.
Regarding suspensions:
Our system automatically flags accounts when it detects patterns that may indicate a violation (for example, multi‑accounting, self‑referrals, using prohibited setups, or other behaviors restricted by our TOS). When that happens, the account can be banned to protect the network and other honest users. This sometimes affects users who believe they are fully compliant, which is why reading and understanding the Terms of Service is extremely important.
UPDATE 16/02/2025: Please contact our support and provide all the evidence you are mentioning, we will be more than happy to remove the ban from your account if the mistake is in our side.

SCAM at it's best!
Unfortunately, it's a complete scam. I ran a whole farm of computers and when I had accumulated over $100 and wanted to cash out, I suddenly violated the terms of use and was completely blocked. Not only by Earnapp, but also by the associated service with the Jump token. Everything gone! Then the support guys got rude and mocked me when I questioned it. Better to stay away. Don't believe any of the positive reviews posted here. Most of them were probably written by their mates.
