I paid for 1-3 day express shipping and didn’t receive my order until almost a month late

Trying to contact you no reply message email or phone but arrived and is qood quality.

6 days from packing the order to drop off at Australia Post, now 9 to 11 days for them to deliver it from Victoria to Central Queensland. Not a good result from either of you.

Package was packed discreetly. Mail service was within a few days, will not hesitate to buy from this merchant in future.

While I got my items relatively quick and at a price cheaper then any other local store, this came at a cost.

The packaging around the items was simply a single sheet of cardboard wrapped around the my items, wrapped in bubble wrap. Not the most confidence inspiring, especially with items that could be cracked and damaged with rough handling.

The second issue was that one of the items I received was incorrect. Trying to get in contact via phone was fruitless, as rang out the times I tried calling them across a couple days at various times. When I emailed, didn't know if I had gotten the right email, as didn't get a confirmation email back.

I did receive an email back a couple days later, asking me to send it back. While getting the return label was quick, communication after that has been just as slow, and have heard no communication confirming when I will get the correct item.

So, due to their mistake, now I need to wait with no ETA as they get the item back and decide to go from there, all while being barely in the loop after having started the process, with follow up emails not being answered outside of a thank you for confirming I sent it back.

It may be cheap, but man is "You get what you pay for" showing for more then just the product.

The product was ordered with sufficient time for a special event and has still not arrived in the estimated time that was given when purchased. Will definitely use my regular company next time
