Excellent Service and Smooth Colour Exchange Process

We originally ordered 4 white Eames-style DAW chairs with beech legs, but once they were placed in our living room, we realized the colour didn’t quite suit the space. I contacted eames-chair.com to ask about switching to a different colour, and they were very accommodating. Despite a busy period, they arranged to send the replacement tops before we had even returned the originals. Really impressed with the helpful service from Daniel in the support team.
