Really Happy with the results
It took a LONG time to get my old camcorder tapes digitised but it was well worth it! EachMoment successfully managed to retrieve and digitise the data from the for MiniDV tapes I sent them (which had been sitting in the attic for over 20 years). It was great to finally be able to view the recordings again after so long.

Great Digitisation
Having looked at reviews I decided to use Each Moment. The digitisation outcome was excellent and it was lovely to see relatives that are no longer with us, come to life.
I feel that Each Moment could have been more honest with the timescale. I sent in my tapes, slides etc in October but did not get the full digitisation complete until Easter which was a longer timescale than I was lead to believe.

Was a little concerned at the length of time it took to receive my order but after receiving it the weight was certainly worth it. Very pleased with the results been waiting for over 50 years for this the family love it specially the grandchildren.

Happiness overload!
Really thrilled to be watching our old video tapes of our children growing up and hearing my mum and dad’s voices once again - priceless! In hindsight we wish we had gone to the extra expense of having the AI enhancement as sometimes the picture and sound quality isn’t very good on the older tapes. We found the online preview very helpful as we waited for them all to be completed! Thanks again!

The finished product in digitalisation of my dad’s cine reel films was excellent and would recommend the company as such but be prepared for a long wait (sent beginning of March and received back late June).

Regarding the DVD sets, these are currently being produced separately from the main return order. As they take the longest to prepare, we have implemented a process where items are returned once digitised in order to avoid unnecessary delays for customers.

Made a wonderful Christmas gift for my adult children
I only had a few videos of my children when they were young in the 1980's and off course they were very precious. However I was aware they would degrade over time and I needed to get them digitised.
To spread the cost, I decided to get it done for Christmas. I purchased some wooded heart shaped USB's in little boxes. EachMoment were amazing and everything went smoothly. I downloaded the files (all separate according to the video they were recorded on) onto my laptop and then easily saved them to the heart USB's. My children (now in their 40's) loved them, better than any gift I could have bought them.

What is great is seeing moving pictures…
What is great is seeing moving pictures from long ago. It was so easy to pack them up and send off the old media.
I do think you could improve on the wait time for completion or on the updates, if you know it is going to take an extra week or two say that instead of putting the completion day back a day every day. So many times i thought it was going to be the next day only to be disappointed when it was put back another day, just be more honest with your completion dates and if it gets finished earlier everyone is happier.

Old tapes and experiences. I didn’t want to loose, saved for grandchildren, wonderful. Modern technology to an older mind, is a challenge . Can I take video on my phone and have them transposed to lock box as previous tapes.

I had literally hundreds of slides going back almost 40 years. It is great to be able to easily view and share them to relive some memories.
Processing them took a little longer than expected but understandable with the quantity I had. It was well worth the wait.

Delighted with the result
I saw an advert for EachMoment on Instagram and ordered a memory box. As I hadn't used their service previously I was nervous about sending off all my videos, dvd, camcorder and cd memories. However, I decided it was worth the risk as I wasn't able to view them as they were. I notified Each Moment when I had the items ready and they were collected very quickly. I was kept up to date on the progress of the digitisation though it did take 4 months to complete. however, I am completely delighted with the results. Old videos have been upgraded and improved and I now have access to my memory box in a digital archive. I am so happy I've ordered another box to get the remainder of my videos and dvds digitised.

very happy with the result of the digitisation. Took a lot longer than i anticipated but upon querying it with the company got a very comprehensive reply stating reasons very good customer response for the extended period. my one gripe was the courier company used - total rubbish.
