Unprofessional , and incompetent company.

After a quite a number of years without any problem, last year ( 2021 ) i was charged for a service who was never provided. Checking their intention for a refund, i was assured for a positive outcome. 1 year is gone, and all my emails addressing the matter have been ignored. Plus, having on their web site a balance of 18 pounds , i'm in the position of not being able to withdraw it, and NOT assistance at all is provided. Certainly a SCAM and incompetent company.
