Sent wrong part - resolved with refund
Unfortunately sent the wrong part, which was frustrating with the timescales involved. However they did honour a full refund (and when prompted did pay for the return delivery). I imagine 99% of the time they get it right.
Customer service is fairly prompt over email - although would prefer a phone call, but this is not available (their phone number just rings out).
Overall a little frustrating, but they are trustworthy and do the right thing. Just a shame about the picking error in this case.
