my element didnt arrive due to postal issues as comoany confirmed it had been dispatched. They contacted me after the xmas break and did the right thing and agreed to a full refund which i received within a few days so to be fair not really their fault and so i would definitely use them again.

Quick turnaround
Element order was processed and posted in very good time and 3 days in is working well. Couldn’t find another company that stocked this or could get it to us before Christmas.

It's a great service
It's a great service. I was able to find the correct element for my slightly rare and obscure make of oven. The element was a straight swap for the old which made it easy to fit.
