My electric scooter is having some issues, I've only had it for about 4 months and not sure how this happened. However, customer services has been very cooperative and nice. They are responding to the problem and I'm hoping they can fix it. So far, my experience has been very pleasant. Will make an update when I get my scooter back from being fixed.

I have the same repeated issue from the very first day. I have to write a form every time i get this problem and wait for few days to get your response. Afterwards it waits to send me parts from the last three months i have been dealing with the same issue again and again. Its third time it has been occured and everytime i have to wait again weeks to get using my cycle again.

It’s improving. Now I’ve got identified what part I need and confirmed that my part will be ordered. But it takes 3 days to send the order, I pay 400 nok to get it on air transport. But still I expect at least a week more before I can use the bike as my daily transport again.
It is a good service they provide in the shop, except that the forget to tell you, that the digital lock can be opened by anyone who cares to download the e-wheels app.
That basically means that everyone can take it and that the lock make no sense at all.
We specifically asked if it had a digital lock, and the seller confirmed that, but said nothing about that everyone with the app could unlock it.
This can be done better E-wheels
