Het spijt ons dat u deze ervaring heeft. Het enige contact dat er is geweest was van uw kant om de bestelling te annuleren. Wij probeerden een toelichting te vragen waarom u de bestelling annuleerde op de dag dat deze geleverd zou worden. Helaas tevergeefs. Mogelijk had u geen automatische orderbevestiging ontvangen waardoor er verwarring of irritatie was ontstaan.
Onze klantenservice staat elke werkdag klaar om vragen te beantwoorden.
