Absolute con artists. Phone broke within days. No customer service.

Ordered a camera, never arrived. No response to emails and no answer on phone. Checked companies house after seeing a different name on the transaction so hoped it was legit esp as they used stripe to process card payment and was an actual company. Have passed it over to credit card company to see if I can get anything back.

Absolute scam. Bought a GoPro 9 and was led nicely down a road of no return.
Fake tracking number , promise of a refund and then the correspondence email has been closed.

Bought on 19 November and after emailing-- always answered back saying that my item will arrive etc etc. HOW AND WHO do we report, seems funny to me that people like this get away with it.

Scammers, bought a GoPro9, never arrived after 14 days and a fake tracking number! They website is down now!

bought ago pro of this firm after 14 days it never arrived
so e mailed them got a email back saying how sorry they were and we would received the camera on the 4th of december and they gave us a royal mail traking no which does not exist after another 4 e mails and getting no reply tried ringing but no reply then i found there revues and found it to be a scam please do not deal with this firm thay are ripping honest people of thay want locking up

ull of fraudsters. I ordered a camera for my son's birthday. I paid for it and it was supposed to arrive on November 29. But there is nothing. So my child was left without a gift. Does anyone know how to get our money back.

Ordered a laptop for £129.99 on 06/12/20 no Paypal option. Got an automated email of the reciept sent at 22:03 saying 'order has been recieved and will be processed and will be processed once payment has been confirmed', they were very quick to take my money THE VERY NEXT DAY, yet no further information on my order. It comes under 'Olmor Limited' on the bank statement.

Website says '24/7 customer service' when there is only ONE MOBILE NUMBER which is always switched off! And 'money back guarentee' when they don't even respond to their emails. They are taking money from innocent people and I really wish I read the reviews before putting my bank details in. Please shut this website down, every customer of this website is a victim of scam.

I bought a hero go pro camera.not for money or goods.I lost 400 pounds.
I propose a joint lawsuit to the court of a dozen or so people.

Yes unfortunately a scam wish I had researched a bit more rather than looking at the 2 fake reviews on their website. Did think it was too good to be true ! Bank will refund but company need to be reported as they r making a tidy fortune from us honest people

Scam. Product never arrived, tracking number did not work. Not able to contact seller. Praying I can claim my money back as it was purchased on a debit card.

Complete scam. Placed order 20th November, promised delivery 2nd December and didn't arrive. Emailed them and got a reply apologising and told order would be here 5th December.
Gave me a Royal mail tracking number that doesn't exist.
Tried to call and phone is switched off.

SCAMMERS!!!!!! Bogus tracking number. never received item had to get credit card refund form credit card company SCAMMERS AVOID

Dont go near this company its a scam and you won't receive the item. I had to speak to my credit card to sort out the situation. DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT!

I was going to purchase from this online company. Before I placed an order I checked the legitimacy of the company.

My first thing was to contact the company by email. They did not reply, but due to my system asking a read receipt I know they read the email. In addition, the read receipt had some foreign text in!
I read the revies on the producrts and they are from Micky Mouse, Harry Potter, Great Deal and Too Good.

The website was launched in October. There are no online reviews except here to the rating.

The address at 143 Whiteladies Road Bristol belongs to Richer Sounds and they have confirmed via email that e-videoshop.co.uk is nothing to do with them and in the reply from Richer Sounds they commented "no don't trust them!".

In addition, I went completely through the purchasing process to get to the payment details and they do not have a Stripe interface.

All annoying as the prices are too good to be true!

I will withdraw this review if proof of legitimacy can be supplied.

Scam, been swindled out of £200 delivery didn't arrive, got a bit suspicious when phone wasn't answered and emails were late replying. Also tracking numbers are fake Royal mail doesn't recognize them. Don't purchase from here 100% con artist!
