I recently ordered a mixing valve for a Navien tankless water heater from TanklessParts and Joe made sure that I got the exact part that I needed. Extremely fast shipping and reasonable price. I would definitely recommend buying from this company. This is the way all internet ordering should go!
VERY NICE people. Possible "one off" ball drop on our order. However, ordered 4 water heaters for our apartment complex. Used a debit card to pay and we realized we may have accidentally used the incorrect billing address. We immediately called in after the online order was completed and advised. The order was never processed after speaking to someone 3 different times over 5 days. We cancelled the order due to no confidence. Again, very nice people, but might be lacking in the ordering department.
This was a replacement tank for one that was same brand and 3 yrs old but wouldn't heat water above basic warm. It was the same model as the old one but was a rebuilt model. This unit was first installed by electrician who didn't read instructions and didn't change some switches inside unit. But, even after this was corrected the unit would not heat water correctly no matter what temperature it was set to so I am really unsatisfied with the product.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your order. The Tempra 24 Plus you purchased will provide between 4.1 and 4.7 gallons per minute of 105F water in your area. If it is not performing correctly please contact us so that we can determine what the problem is and get it working properly for you.
I am not new to the Tempra product lines, I have had another model for a few years now and to sum it up, it cuts your energy consumption down 20%. My daily rate with the previous hot water heater was 5.20 per day. now its at or below 4$/day. net gain payback is less than 18months for us , well within the warranty period and shows the product is a viable cost effective solution.
