E-Sniper great tool great service
E-Sniper is an amazing tool for finding winners for dropshipping. I've recently spoken with their costumer service and they've been so nice and attentive every single time.

Reading some other bad reviews i can only say that the same happened to me.
I started their three day trial hoping to get some type of email notification before I got charged my first month (which I was gonna cancel anyways because the site’s really not good) or at least a chance to get a refund if needed.
I ended up not only with an empty mail box but also with a charge of 24.99 dollars on my bank account.
I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for several days now (using the email provided in their “refund policy” page), but obviously I haven’t gotten any answer at all.
So now PayPal’s handling it, and I hope that I’ll get my money back as soon as possible because I really need it.
Honestly, don’t even think about getting close to this page their customer service is nonexistent.
Great ecommerce tool and awesome customer support. Forgot to cancel the free trial and they refunded all the money. Would recommend
I cant tell you how close I was to giving in. Time restrictions impeded my ability initially to sell online because I was only finding saturated products. e-sniper turned my life around, freed up time wasting researching the wrong products and enabled me to find winners and move Into profit. Thanks Tina and Bryan for your patience with me
Best ecom research tool. Great support.
Great features.
I am really upset by what just happened to me and just wanted to share my experience with E-Sniper (e-sniper.com) which is this scummy wannabe tool to find “winning products”. 🙄🙄🙄
I signed up for a trial on their website. The website did not help at all, so I tried to cancel it. They did not have any cancel trial section on their site, so I submitted a ticket to their site to please cancel my trial. They literally just ignored me and continued charging me monthly on my account.
I asked for a refund and told them that I was going to make a complaint on PayPal. A lady, Martine Vaizman, replied with this cocky little email: “You can report the 'incident' to PayPal. I dont appreciate casual 'threats'. All you had to do in the first place was cancel with PayPal 😏”
I will never talk to my clients like that. Is this really how bad it’s gotten in the dropshipping industry?
I got her personal email from PayPal and asked her for a refund and told her I really needed the money with the virus hitting my travel industry business hard. I contacted PayPal for a refund and they said to contact the seller. I really don’t care about the money any more, but I feel like everyone should know about this. 🙈 I don’t want anyone to have to go through this experience.
