I ordered card and it wasn't delivered,and I emailed them and they said they sent another one out I said I wanted a refund cause it's too late and there word weres its our policy we can't if a replacements already been sent out,even tho there was a hour between my first email so no chance another would of been shipped that quickly 😡 scumbags

Don't use this company! I ordered something in early november for Christmas it's now Christmas eve still not here! Refused to issue a refund! They are Christmas pajamas so what is the point now. Still not here all I get is kindly wait for the delivery we cannot issue a refund. I have been waiting like 7 weeks for something I was very early and organised for!!!!! Ridiculous no help whats so ever wasted my money and will never recieve this item and refuses to refund Ridiculous terrible service. Pretty sure it's ai bots and a scam. Do not use

I wish I could give zero stars. Please avoid buying anything from these scammers. Present for my daughter for Christmas (bought a month ago) has not arrived. They also took £5 more than the advertised price out of my account. Currently says my order is in Houston USA, which is the wrong country.

Purchased AI Translation ear buds from them, clearly marked as AI Translation on my receipt
Sent me just normal ear bus no translation
Offered me £2 compensation, just a joke company offering a product and not supplying it

This company is a scam. I bought a backpack over 3 months ago, they sent a tracking code, but it never arrived. I sent an email requesting tracking of the purchase, no one ever responded.

Im rating this company as a one star but they do not deserve that. I ordered a pair of flared jeans over 2 months ago and still not received them. The company have sent me a tracking link which I also think is scam as everything i click the link they are showing as being in Manchester for the last 2 weeks

Took £5 more from account.
Finally arrived, really poor quality not as described.

We ordered some trousers and paid the money but never got the trousers continued to email but been sent the same all the time. Don’t waste your money and time with this company don’t want hard working people to fall in to the same trap

Useless product power bank, usual rubbish from China with equally useless instructions. Total rubbish and waste of money

Ordered 2 cold towels. Took a paypal payment although Ì have no account. 2 weeks later still in the USA. Total con, do not have anything to do with this company. I have reported to my bank as fraud

Charged extra on the advertised price. Item has turned up and it looks nothing like the advertised product. Please do not buy from this cowboy firm. I bought 2 pairs too. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

Product was not as described and absolutely nothing like the video describing them on Facebook.
They were more like shell suit bottoms from the nineties but without the lining.
Avoid at all costs also delivery takes an eternity only to be disappointed when product is nothing like advert that shows the materials completely differently!!!

Same as all the other reviews. Took more than quoted out of my bank. Never received item. Numerous emails, saying delivered, check courier etc, courier doesn’t exist!
Asked for photo as proof of delivery several times. Nothing, Total scam!

Only put 1 star as. Ant go any lower.
Laid via paypal for a item then was charged extra. WHATS GOING ON THERE.
And still have not received any package well over a month later. Sent loads of emails and getting no response or a full refund. Paypal are also terrible. Paid for something that never arrived you would think Paypal would sort this out. Still waiting.

Terrible. Same as other persons review... Got charged extra to the advertised cost, which only showed up on paypal AFTER purchasing. I immediately cancelled the order way they say to via email, and also webchat and they have chosen to ignore all my requests and emails and still send the item, yet it is not here yet. Took it up with paypal and they have rejected the claim saying "transaction was processed correctly". I intend on taking it further as told them multiple times to cancel order and give me a full refund

It’s a con, please avoid! I ordered on 17th April and was invoiced for £21.34p however £26.67p was taken off credit card and no item has been delivered.

Absolutely awful waited month for package that they say is delivered i have no package no refund just stupid amount of emails telling me to check courier when they can't even tell me what company they used for courier awful dont buy from this company one big headache

total ripoffs i had to take up a case with paypal after waiting 6 weeks for delivery of 2 pairs of trousers then as pay pal were in volved sent me cheap and not as advertised replacements from china with in one week not happy a pay pal sided with E-MERCHANT as they sent the comfirmation of delivery so now they dont reply to me about sending them back total rip oofs
