WORST ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE EVER.
basically, they do not provide any return label. in terms and conditions, they say the will not refund shipping cost, which is fine, however, they should let customers leverage their return rates. From Italy, to ship back a 50 euros shoes would cost me 30 euros, and in this situation they basically do not allow customers to return, THAT I CONSIDER UNACCETABLE. for sure the could provide better rate to charge to customers. BUY ONLY IF YOU ARE SURE YOU WILL NOT RETURN
